World needs women power!
2024
The purport of the project is to unite women leaders from around the world
for gender balance in countering threats of current and future conflicts and
to create a new paradigm of sustainable peace, development, and better
future. Participation in rethinking and reshaping global security systems
and order, as well as in strengthening global cooperation and unity.
At the heart of our project is the IDEA OF UNITY. We believe that only
by unity we can achieve significant changes for the better in the world.

WOMEN LEADERS FOR UKRAINE W4U
W4U – is a global intellectual platform that unites successful and accomplished
women leaders from the business sector, political and cultural spheres.
W4U's mission is to stimulate understanding of the global challenges and issues
facing humanity and to find solutions to achieve a sustainable future for all.
Women's leadership means creating new meanings and producing global social
transformations with soft co-creative, collaborative women's power.
W4U as an international network contributes to the understanding of the
complexity of global challenges and the holistic interconnectedness of the world.

• Promote understanding of the complexity and holistic approach


of global challenges and their interrelationships.
• Initiate and support a dialogue between various stakeholders, including
the scientific community, artists, educators, politicians, business and
society, with the aim of finding balanced and sustainable solutions.
• Develop and propose new models of economic and social
development that would be sustainable and fair.
• Influence the formation of political agendas and decision-making
at the global and national levels in the interests of peace
and sustainable development

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP.
Promotion of Ukrainian resilient
leadership globally.
A great challenge drives the response. As a result
new leaders emerge. More ambition, initiative and
responsible, who are able to make ordinary
people do more than they ever imagined. They
have new understanding of their own mission and
setting more ambitious goals. They are acting
despite the risk, expanding personal
responsibility, with global vision and motivation to
make changes here and now. This is what
Ukrainians can share with the world – a new type of
leadership - resilient leadership.

• We accept the reality and uncertainty.


Our reaction immediately work for solution. No time for panic.
• We accept complexity and interconnections of all elements
of systems. We live in multi scenarium modelling
with non-stop risk management.
• We have vision and big goal but understand that the way
to this goal can be very indirect and change every moment.
Global thinking but lightning-fast response, tactical decisions
and flexibility.
• We have no chance to give up, thatʼs why we must always
find solution. Speed, creativity and ability to make
decision are in priority.

GENDER EQUALITY.
Legislation, research and advocacy

Supporting GENDER EQUALITY and the participation positions in politics, public service, business,
of women in all aspects of societal & political life supervisory boards, educational, and cultural

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP.
“Leader Boost” Mentorship.
In partnership with the International Coach
Federation, through a coaching and mentoring
program, we select and prepare women
to implement powerful influential projects
for Ukraine. 120 participants of the project have
replenished their resource state, found new
meanings for development, and engaged in
or launched their own social projects
to support Ukraine.

HUMAN CAPITAL.
Mental health.
Partnership project Kids of Ukraine
(https://kidsofua.org).
Development of a network of support centers
for children affected by the war in Ukraine
and abroad. More than 1000 children received
psychological rehabilitation.

Currently, the community
includes 75 permanent
leaders and ambassadors
from Ukraine, the USA, Canada,
the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland,
Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium,
Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Poland,
Slovenia, and Italy.
