APPONTMENT AS Project Coordinator Cum Admin Executive for Event Miss Malaysia Kebaya
2011/12 or other Events

We are pleased to offer you the position as Project Cum Admin Executive (RM 1,500 per month), on
3 months contractual basis with effect from 5th Sep 2011, subject to the terms and conditions of
service. (Please refer to the terms & conditions)

This contract of service shall be effective from 5th Sep 2011 and expires on 4th Dec 2011.
Any renewal of this contract of service by mutual consent upon expiry shall be notified to you in
writing.
The contract services will renew into a permanent employment with EPF & others benefit subject to
your performance of 3 months contract service

During the contractual period, your service may be terminated by either party by giving the other
party, one (1) month's written notice.

Smart reserves the right to terminate your appointment without notice at any time should you be
found guilty of misdemeanor, misconduct, negligence or any willful breach of terms and conditions of
the employment contract.

During your engagement with Smart, you shall serve Smart in your capacity so as to devote your
whole time, ability and attention to the service of the Smart Learning & Training and shall not engage
in any other occupation or be in anyway concerned with the business of any other company. You
shall use your best endeavors to improve and extend the business and interest of the Smart Network
Marketing and shall at all times faithfully and honestly discharge your duties.


Please confirm your acceptance or otherwise of our above offer by returning the duplicate of
this letter.

Main Terms & Conditions

Working Hour: Flexible 9am to 6pm, 6 and half days a week
Weekend & Public Holiday: You require to work during weekend & Public Holiday by The
Management (As Event Company)
Working office : Mid valley, Jaya One, your home or any place deem fit
Your main scope of Work: Take charge of Miss Malaysia Kebaya (MMK) relevant activities include
searching for MMK Contestants, assist in promoting, advertising, Training, Grooming & marketing.
Looking for Sponsors, coordinate, monitor and supervisor the event to your best ability
Event Team: Work as a team with others co organize, partners & staffs
Additional benefit : the incentive or commission on the sponsorship and holiday package (will discuss
further)
