Receiving this communication means you’ve been formally separated from the
company. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back. We want to make sure you have
everything you need to complete your employment clearance and get your final pay as
soon as possible. We understand that your time is important, and we want to make the
process as easy as possible for you.
To help you through the clearance process, this Offboarding Packet will walk you
through each step and deadline. Please take some time to read it over carefully.
This packet also includes your Certificate of Employment and Quit Claim, which you
will need to secure your final pay.
We truly hope that your time with Teleperformance was fruitful and that you gained
valuable experiences and skills during your time with us.

Please ensure all details are correct. Let us know immediately if there are
any discrepancies.
The Payroll team will send the computation of your final salary to the same email
address that we used to send you this packet. Please keep a copy of your Quit Claim
for future reference.
By handing over the company’s assets, you will be cleared from accountabilities.
Depending on your employment arrangement, the turnover procedure varies.
If you don’t pick up your personal belongings from your locker within three (3) days, any
personal belongings will be discarded.
The company reserves the right to dispose of uncollected personal belongings from your locker after three (3)
days from the separation date. Management will not be held responsible for any personal items that are
lost or stolen as a result of your failure to collect within the specified term.

Note:
For voluntary surrender of equipment, please pack the equipment properly to avoid damage that may
result in the replacement cost charged to your final pay.
The requirement to complete this step within five (5) days after separation, is critical.

manager to file a Return Ticket via the TP Work at Home Management System (TP

Alternatively, you may also contact the PC Management WAHA Logistics team by emailing

Your ability to accomplish this quickly will aid in the processing of your clearance in a quick and timely
manner.
Delays in retrieval may affect clearing completion and, as a result, the availability
of your final pay.

Teleperformance will never demand any kind of monetary requirement to release your Final Pay. To ensure quick
response and to avoid fraudulent activities, send your Final Pay queries ONLY to the TPPH Exit Management
System distro.
Money claim has a prescriptive period of three (3) years. Article 291 of the Labor Code of the Philippines states
that all money claims arising from employer-employee relations accruing during the effectivity of the
Code shall be filed within three (3) years from the time the cause of action accrued; otherwise they
shall be forever barred.
