Embark on an enriching educational journey to Vietnam with us! We're delighted to unveil an innovative collaboration between
our school and Valedra International. Join us as we explore the captivating landscapes and cultural wonders of Vietnam on our
upcoming overseas educational excursion, commencing October 15th, 2024.

● To get acquainted with a versatile culture by interacting with locals and experiencing their way of life

● They will be learning the intriguing stories behind world-famous sites such as the Ancient Town of Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Cu
Chi Tunnels, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Trang Pagoda, and Reunification Palace.
● Understand the dynamics of Vietnam’s growing economy and it’s role in the global market

Services Offered:
Our team of educators and dedicated tour in-charges will be vigilant while accompanying the students during the entire excursion,

● During booking confirmation, a consent form duly filled and signed by the parent(s) or student’s guardian must be submitted to
the respective class teacher
● TCS including on fees will be deposited to the department, and students/parents will get credit on the same in their ITR
● Children will be given Travelog, which needs to be filled out each day and must be submitted to the school on arrival

 Program Schedule
Day 0 - 15th October - Evening Departure Departure from Delhi/Mumbai Aiport to Vietnam

Day 1 - 16th October ● On arrival at Danang International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred
Danang arrival – Hoi An Ancient Town to the Ancient Town of Hoi An and have breakfast en route. Along the way, we
visit Marble Mountain – the five elements of the Universe (water, wood, air, fire,
and earth).

● Lunch at an Indian restaurant.

● In the afternoon, we have a Walking tour around the ancient streets visiting the
famous Chinese Assembly Hall & Temples, Old houses & Japanese Covered
Pagoda Bridge, Old house of Tan Ki, Sa Huynh Culture Museum. Our exciting
walking tour past many low-tiled houses scattered along the small streets and
assembly halls which reflect the town’s multi-cultural past.
● One of the great pleasures of any visit to Hoi An is strolling along the beautiful
streets of the old town under the flickering lights of the many beautiful lanterns.
Stop by a beautiful lantern shop in the old town and learn how to make your own
lantern. The craftsman will have a brief introduction to the history, shape, and
color of the lanterns as well as the many stages of making them. We can make our
own lantern and keep it as a souvenir.
● After that, we will go back to Danang city and have dinner and overnight at hotel
in Danang.

Day 2 - 17th October ● After breakfast at hotel, we drive to Sun World Ba Na Hills and have full day
Danang – Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge – entertain in Ba Na Hills.
Danang ● We first take the cable car up to the mountains, enjoy the specular of Truong Son
Mountains and most specially, the Golden Bridge – the new symbol of Danang
thanks to its unique design and magical settings.
● Free time to wander through the Le Jardin Garden with hundred kinds of flowers
or admire the architecture buildings at French village.
● Buffet lunch is included. In the afternoon, we take the cable car down and transfer
back to your hotel.
● Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 - 18th October ● After breakfast, we take the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Danang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City ● On arrival, we will be welcomed by our local guide and transferred to Cu Chi
Tunnels. At its height, the
● tunnel system stretched over 250km. from Saigon to the Cambodian border and
was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially
constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals,
command centers, and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a
major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what
underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam American must have been like.
● Lunch at Indian restaurant near Cu Chi tunnels and then return to the city.
● The rest of the day will be to visiting the famous Ben Thanh market, this bustling
and well-organized market is very popular with tourists, primarily due to its
central location. It has a wide selection of goods ranging from fake Nike shoes to
beautiful silk Ao Dai.
● Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight at a hotel.

Day 4 - 19th October ● My Tho is located in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. The boat ride on
Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta Tien Giang River is very popular to tourists. There are many short boat trips to
various islands.
● We start our day at the lobby of hotel after breakfast and head to the peaceful
town of My Tho.
● Next, we will have a boat ride, visit local homes and orchards, a coconut candy
workshop, and a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a
taste of seasonal fruit, honey tea, and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern
singing.
● Later of the day, we return to Ho Chi Minh City with visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda
on the way back to the city center.
● Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Day 5 - 20th October ● After breakfast at hotel, we visit Reunification Palace, War Memorial, a palace of
City Tour – Departure old President in South of Vietnam during the American war; Notre Dame
Cathedral and Old Post Office, Opera House (outside) – any three sites.
● Lunch at Indian restaurant
● After that, we transfer to the International airport for departure flight.
● Tour ends with good memories.

Visa Requirements
● Original Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your intended stay in Vietnam.
● Should have at least 2 blank visa pages for visa stamps.
● Soft copy of Passport Data Page:
● A clear photocopy of the page in your passport (Front and back) that contains your personal details and photographs.
● Two recent passport-size photographs (2x2 inches), along with a soft copy

Cancellation Policy:

● The educational Excursion booking fee of INR 50,000 is non-refundable

● No refund will be issued for Hotel and Land Services if a student chooses to opt out of the excursion.
