FILTERING EFFICIENCY

COMPACT FEAUTURE

Constant and guaranteed during the whole cartridge life at 99,999% on particles
up to 0,5 micron. Emissions are always guaranteed - <2 mg/m. Tests, executed
on real working installations, revealed that emissions levels can range also
between 0,5 and 1 mg/m.
The filtering media construction technology together with the wide filtering surface
of each cartridge (226 ft2 - 21m2) assure in standard models almost a 40% space
gain, compared with conventional dust collector having the same performances.

AUTOMATIC CLEANING

It is performed automatically, according to the cartridges clogging, through a


compressed air reverse pulse cleaning system activated by microprocessor Delta P
Board. A differential pressure gauge placed inside the filtration unit tests the
clogging level of the cartridge filters.

MAINTENANCE

SIDEROS dust collectors have been studied and designed to minimize and facilitate
the maintenance operations as well as to reduce drastically the downtime costs.

CARTRIDGE FILTERS

Specifically designed to perform on different application fields (thermal cutting,


welding, deburring). SIDEROS cartridge filters Top Grade are made of plain
cellulose treated with a unique coating of ultrafine nanofibers aimed to stop
submicron particles on the medias outer surface.
