Important Instructions Before Attempting An Online Exam

1 The preferred internet browser for taking the Online Examination on Digii is Google
Chrome. Please make sure you use Google Chrome for attempting the online
examination.

2 Please note that the steps required before the examination begins will take around 10
minutes to complete . Start the process at an appropriate time.

4 Please keep in mind that the Online Examination feature on Coll Poll is not a
software that should be downloaded. The complete examination is conducted in an
online format.

5 Please make sure you have a working internet connection , computer/laptop with a
working webcam.

6 Please ensure you are supported with a minimum internet speed of 1.5 Mbps.

7 All running programs and windows need to be closed before you attempt the test.

8 It is mandatory to refer to this complete manual before taking the online examination.
Important Guidelines During The Examination

1 You should not exit the full screen mode once you start the Online
Examination

2 All activities such as copying & pasting , changing browser window,

using right click functions, opening developer tools, accessing from a
different IP or Location will be tracked automatically.

In case of any such circumstance, it will be indicated as malpractice

to the exam administrator and the student may be disqualified from
the examination

3 You should not indulge in taking photographs, getting your

photograph clicked or screenshots of the examination.

The inbuilt artificial intelligence feature will detect if any other person
is in the frame, if there is nobody in the frame, if there is an
additional browser or other windows are running during the
examination
During The Examination (During The Examination)

● You will be directed to a full screen mode of the Online Examination

● You can view the timer that is running at all points of time during the examination

● For Objective Questions :

➔ You can select any one of the answers as per your choice.

➔ You may simply select on any other option if you wish to change your answer.

➔ You may click on ‘Deselect’ to deselect the chosen option

● You may click on ‘Next Question’ to proceed to the next question

● You may click on ‘Previous Question’ to proceed to the Previous question

● You can access any question by selecting the appropriate question number

● You may click on ‘Revisit’ under any question if you choose to attempt or re attempt it at a late point of time during the Examination

● Once you have revisited and answered the question, you may remove the ‘Revisit’ option as selected earlier

● Once you have completed attempting the questions and verifying your answers, you may click on ‘Finish Test’

● You may review the answer submissions as per the summary provided. You may click on ‘Cancel’ if you wish to go back to the examination or
you may click on ‘Yes, Finish Test’ if you wish to submit your answers

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What if my internet connection is lost or gets interrupted ?

Please keep in mind that the timer will still be running if your connection is interrupted. You will have to
go through the same steps as earlier to continue your examination

2. What if my laptop/computer switches off ?

Please make sure your laptop is charged. If you are using a computer, please make sure it is not
switched off in between the examination. If the laptop/computer is switched off, you will have to go
through the same steps as earlier to continue your examination

3. Whom do I contact if there is a technical issue with my online examination ?

4. Can I attempt my online examination with a smartphone or a tablet ?

Please keep in mind that you cannot attempt the online examination with your tablet or
smartphone
