HEREINAFTER for brevity’s sake referred to as “The Owners”


(which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or
meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include is survivor(s)
and the heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of such
survivors) of the ONE PART.

HEREINAFTER called “THE Purchasers” (which expression shall


unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be
deemed to mean and include their respective heirs,
administrators and assigns ) of the OTHER PART.
WHEREAS as per the record the Owner is absolutely seized and
possessed of and or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to all
that constructed portion being unit described in Schedule I
hereunder written and are hereafter for the sake of brevity
called or referred to as the said property referred to heirs in
above and is/are desirous of selling the said premises to the
Purchasers referred to heirs in above for consideration of Rs.
________ as the price of the above Room.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED TO, DECLARED AND


RECORDED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS
FOLLOWS:-
1) The Owner shall handover Possession to the Purchaser on
receipt of the consideration price mentioned hereinabove.
2) The Purchasers here by aggress to purchase from the Owner
and Owner here by aggress to sell to the purchaser the said

carpet area.
3) The Purchaser here by agrees to pay the said purchase price to
the Owner at the time of execution of documents.
4) The Owner hereby agrees to observe, perform and comply with
all terms and condition, stipulation and restriction if any, which
may have been imposed by the local authority.
5) Purchasers alongwith other purchasers of room shall join in
informing and registering the society.
6) The Purchasers shall be Entitled to consume such FSI/TDR as may
be available/acquired for development of said property.
7) The Purchasers shall bear and pay the local taxes, Water charges,
Insurance and other levies, if any, which are imposes by the
concern local authority.
