Description:
Flatiron’s Stock Aluminum Honeycomb Panels comprise of 5052-H32 Mill Finish PVC masked Face Sheets laminated to a 3/8” cell - 3003
alloy 3.6 lbs./FTᶟ Aluminum Honeycomb Core. A two-part commercial grade epoxy with a service temperature between -50°F and 250°F is
leveraged as the bonding agent. The average Lap Shear strength for our stock panels is 900-psi at 73°F and 1205-psi at -40°F.

 Flatness: +/- 0.008” Radial Feet
 Thickness: +/- 0.015in
 Length and Width: +/- 0.125in
 Saw Cut: +/- 0.063in
 CNC Router: +/- 0.008in
