1) Service report will be issued upon completion​ ​of​ ​job​ ​stating​ ​the​ ​condition​ and ​required spare​ ​parts or recommendation​ ​for an upgrade​ ​

if​ ​required.
2) Clear​ ​access​ ​to​ ​carry​ ​out​ ​works​ ​to​ ​be​ ​provided​ ​from​ ​your​ ​end​ ​during​ ​normal​ ​working​ ​hours.
3) Any​ ​malfunction​ ​due​ ​to the previously​ ​unknown​ ​problem​ ​if​ ​arises is​ ​not​ ​covered​ ​under​ ​the above-mentioned quote​ ​unless​ ​specified​ ​
and​ ​we​ ​will​ ​quote​ ​you​ ​accordingly​ ​for​ ​the​ ​solution.
4) Any​ ​defects​ ​or​ ​spare​ ​parts​ ​which​ ​are​ ​found​ ​faulty​ ​during​ ​maintenance​ ​or​ ​repair​ ​is​ ​not​ ​covered​ ​under the​ above-quoted work​ ​unless​ ​
specified​ ​and​ ​will​ ​be​ ​quoted​ ​separately.
5) Any​ ​minor​ ​spare​ ​parts, if​ ​needed​ ​to​ ​be​ ​installed​ ​for​ ​normal​ ​operation​ ​during​ ​service, will​ ​be​ ​informed to​ the concerned​ ​person,​ ​if​ ​
agreed​ ​will​ ​be​ ​installed​ ​and​ ​will​ ​be​ ​charged​ ​accordingly.
6) The final condition​ of the operator ​will​ ​be​ ​in​ ​working​ ​condition​ ​unless​ ​otherwise​ ​specified​ ​in​ ​the service​ ​report.
7) Structural Support for the automatic door for installation is not included in the quotation. If required which will be advised during the
site inspection at the actual condition of the site.
Powder coating, Stainless Steel Cladding prices are not included in the quotation if required will be quoted separately.
8) Other additional modification required to install the operator is not included in the quotation which will be advised during the site
inspection and quoted separately.
9) Provide power supply in the site near the left side of the operator.
10) Any other integration such as air curtain, BMS, Fire signal. Required cable of such thing should be provided near the operator.
11) Clear access to carry out the installation works during normal working hours to be provided from your end. Other timing will be
subject to approval from management or may price will vary.
12) All the necessary pass to be provided from your end, work will be carried out during normal working hour.

Retrofit T&C
1) Existing glass panels will be used - FOR RETROFIT WORK

GATE Barrier T&C

1) Power Supply need to be provided near the operator
2) Concrete Base to installation of barrier needs to be provided
3)safety Photo Cell conduit civil work barrier base to arm length is not our scope of work

Sliding Gate T&C :

1) power Supply near the operator needs to be provided from your end
2) safety photo cell cabling Civil work not in our scope of work
3) push button cabling Civil work not in our scope of work

Rolling Shutter T&C :

1) Wood-cover is optional item separate Quote if requested be to sent

1) Glass panels are not included in the quote
