Model explained

Preparation:

Mark recent D/ 4H highs, lows, FVG’s

Remember: price only trades towards two points:

1. Old Highs/Lows (external range liquidity)

2. Fair Value Gaps (internal range liquidity)

Learn to think for yourself (most traders want signals, you should develop individual
thinking)

Also: trading with daily Order Flow is nice > ask yourself the Question: Is Order Flow
bullish or Bearish?

Also: look for shorts in a premium, look for longs in discount (!!) > Mark out dealing
range (swing high to swing low)

Rule #1: Only trade above old highs and below old lows → 4H Low or High needs to be
broken (1H can also but preferably 4H)

Rule #2: After the BSL / SSL is taken, wait for 5M BOS with displacement

Rule #2.5: IF you are close to an HTF array (i.e. FVG) after breaking old H/L, do not
trade the 5M BOS, see if the HTF array will be a target first.

Rule #3: Are there 2 or more arrays supporting your trade? (FVG, OB, Breaker)

Rule #4: Is it in the correct time? (London/NYAM/NY PM Killzones)

A Smart Money reversal will 90-95% of the time happen from a Daily PD array
Before countering the 4H candle, make sure a Daily Array was hit first
Counter trending the daily = most losses > Trade with order flow

Take entry in M1/5 FVG/OB/Breaker

Risk 40/50 pips → If you risk $1.000 LZ needs to be 25/20


Target must be 40/50 pips → TP at $1.000

Target is 1:1 for the first weeks, get those wins in

When risking 1% for the day, stick to that 1 trade and win or lose for that day

Tomorrow is a new day
