Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) is an airline-dedicated professional
pilot Licence programme with specific airline and aircraft training syllabus.

Cadets to Pilots' Journey through our Programme Structure:

In order to obtain the Multi-Crew Pilot Licence, the programme has been planned for 20-24 months period in the following
order:

Ground School Theoretical Knowledge classes of 14 ATPL subjects based on UAE GCAA approval

Flying Phase
Core Flying Phase of Training on single engine aircraft

Transition from single pilot to Multi-Crew Cooperation in our state-of-the-art

Basic Phase
A320 Fixed - Base Simulator.

Intermediate Phase Consolidation of Multi-Crew operations in our Airbus A320 Level D simulators.

Advanced Phase The final phase leading to achievement of the regulatory A320 Type Rating.

Base Training
Multiple take-offs and landings on Airbus A320 aircraft with airline insturctors.

Upon the successful completion of the programme, the cadet will obtain the MPL and continue their journey
with Air Arabia for the following phase of training:

Line Training Required number of flights for training and building up 1500 flying hours on Airbus A320
aircraft culminating in achievement of the validated ATPL.

MPL Cadet Pilot Programme
Course fee 2024
The Pilot Training Programme Fee is AED 645,000/- exclusive of VAT.

If paid in instalments, the course fee will be AED 675,000/- exclusive of VAT.

The instalment breakdown is as follows:

To book a seat for the batch - AED 50,000/ - exclusive of VAT
(Non-refundable deposit)
30 Days prior to start of Ground School Phase - AED 150,000/ - exclusive of VAT
30 Days prior to start of Core Flying Phase - AED 200,000/ - exclusive of VAT
30 Days prior to start of Basic Simulator Phase - AED 105,000/ - exclusive of VAT
30 Days prior to start of Full Flight Simulator Phase - AED 105,000/ - exclusive of VAT
30 Days prior to start of Base Training Phase - AED 65,000/ - exclusive of VAT

The programme fee does not include:

Taxes UAE residence visa fees
Registration fee (which includes UAE local Uniform
aviation clearance application, UAE GCAA Food allowance
Class-1 medical assessment booking, 1 Accommodation
attempt of entry assessment and 1 attempt Any additional fees if any additional
of panel interview) training and or examination is required

Payment Procedure:
All payments shall be done either through online bank transfer or direct deposit. Cadets shall send
a proof of payment via e-mail with all the applicable details.

Eligibility and Assessment

All genders are welcome Age between 17 - 34 years old

Open to all nationalities Height between 160 cm - 195 cm

High school / O-level diploma graduate

(at minimum and in any curriculum)

Once all of the above criteria are met and all application-related requirements (checklist) are
submitted via e-mail and approved by the Academy, an assessment fee of AED 8,000 / - inclusive
of VAT (non-refundable) is applicable to commence the entry assessments.

Submission Notes:

• Coloured copies of all the above-mentioned documents must be submitted in an e-mail to

Customer_Care@t3a.academy with the subject "MPL Application Documents - add your full name
as per passport".

• If the highest educational attainment is high school, transcripts of the last 3 years of study are required
to be submitted via e-mail.

• 06 passport-size photos (without eye-glasses) with white background must be submitted as hard copies
for official use on the day of assessment.Kindly wear dark colour clothes for the photos. Hair must be
neatly groomed and ears and shoulders must be visible.
•
All official certificates (birth certificates, academic certificates
or diplomas and transcripts) must be attested by the local issuing authorities before providing coloured
soft copies.

• All foreign documents have to be translated to English first before getting attested by the local issuing
authorities.

• 'Sponsor' refers to the person, who is sponsoring you for the programme. The official documents such
as passport and visa copy(if available) is required.
