• Diagnostic: Can integrate laboratory, X-ray, radiology, ultrasound, MRI and others as
per client requirement; Lab activities from the patient registration to printing of reports
are taken care. The test performed in the lab will be categorized and the cost and the
standard result will be mapped to each of the test performed. The diagnostic report
helps the lab tech or doctor to update the observed result for a particular test against
the standard result for the entire required test and generate the total cost for all the
performed tests.
o Laboratory Order Tracking: Each order can be traced through a MRN (Medical
Record Number).
o Results Entry/ Capture: Result of medical test will be entered in the report
generation section against each lab order. All medical test will have a pre-
defined result reference range, which will be defined once in laboratory test
parameters list.
o Results Dispatch: Keep a track of reports that have been delivered/ undelivered.
o Report Printing: Test reports will be printed directly from the system.
• Security & User Management: Security Management can track entire activity of all
users, indicate work station through which activity is executed, keeps a screen short of
all new, modification and deletion in order to track and rectify any malpractice. Option
of taking automatic or manual backups of data has been incorporated and provision
exists to host the Software at local server or online with third party. Whereas, User
Management controls each user by selecting limited or all projects against each user
there is no capping on number of users as well as concurrent users. Administrator can
control the access based upon user role and project.

of that focuses mainly on the administrational needs of hospitals. In many

✓ Administrative Support: Supporting modules like Human Resource Management,
Stores and Inventory, Fixed Asset can be added as per the requirements and need of
the Hospital.
✓ Accounts & Book Keeping: It is cost effective once these activities are automated
and management can monitor hospital operations and patient movement within OPD
and various hospital facilities; All hospital activities are integrated with the accounts
section, as soon as an order is booked, the relevant sections in the books of account
will be updated in real time, such as revenue, cash in hand, etc.
