ACTIVITY  The session was started at 8:00 in the morning.


 It was facilitated by the School Principal with 25 participants.
 Checking of attendance and sharing of thoughts to ponder
was done.
 The attendees were asked to answer the LAC Output. The
output highlights the experiences and other observations of
the teachers handling NLC. It focuses on the content/
curriculum instructions, strategies applied and learners’
performance. The participants were given 10-minutes to
accomplish the output.
 Collaborative Sharing was followed. The group sharing was
facilitated by a facilitator/master teacher. A group
documenter was designated to note down all experiences
and insights of each participant. The group activity focuses
on the sharing of teachers about their accomplished output
and other highlights.
 Plenary session was the next activity. The group facilitator
reported the summary of their collaborative sharing. The
facilitator’s report highlighted the
accomplishments/strengths, concerns and development
plans based on the sharing.
 The LAC Leader conveyed his inputs and analysis on the
reports presented.
 Open forum was done.
 The activity on the accomplishments of the week was
highlighted.
 Other matters were discussed.
 The LAC Leader shared a thought to ponder as a challenge
for everyone.
 The session was ended at 3:00pm
 Game-based strategy, board works, drills, pass-the-chalk
game were utilized by the teachers.
 Rewards system and other initiatives were applied by the
teachers to motivate learners/campers to actively participate

 Modifications/enhancement of the learning modules were
done by the teachers due to the errors and based on the
context.
 Outdoor activities were applied.
 There are clerical/numerical errors found in the modules.
 LSENs were initially identified.
 For mathematics, campers have the difficulty in problem

solving.
 There are identified campers with low proficiency in reading.
 In English, some reading selections are lengthy.
 The principle of localization and contextualization were
applied in enhancing the learning modules.
DEVELOPMENT  Applying the real-life scenarios is highly recommended to be
PLANS integrated in the lessons inculcate values formation.
 Lengthy reading selections must be summarized by the
teacher or apply localization strategy.
