● The bin pump is used for dense-phase pneumatic conveying, which can
effectively prohibit the compound material layering phenomenon in the pneumatic
conveying process.

conveying distance(can reach 500m), low air consuming,low speed ( normally, 1~
2m/s)

Chain conveyor s a continuous conveying device for bulk material, such as powder,
granules. It realizes flexible conveying( horizontal, inclining and vertical

Before modification: Due to the early planning workshop, the compound area and the
extruding workshop in two different places.worker need to manualy move material trolley from
mxing area to production workshop. The distance between the two workshop is 150 meters

After modification: 5 worker less/ workshop. salary per person is RMB5000/m, totally save
RMB300,000 / year, worker more stable due to better working environment;

Modification proposal workshop is composed of 16 production lines, 9 sets of mixers, adopt
only one formula, considering the invest budget and space limit, we decide every 2 sets of
mixer conveying material to the transfer hopper. And each transfer hopper corresponds to 1
pipe train conveyor,4 extruding lines.rest of mixer is for spare use .

The material storage hopper is mainly used for the storage of PVC and CaCO3.
The upward side of the hopper is installed pressure relief valve.When the pressure
of the hopper reaches the setting value, the valve will open automatically to
release pressure,which will have safty protection function.

Every kind of material is conveyed to the screw-type feeder from storage hopper. The
screw feeder is controlled by PLC. It conveys the raw material to the electronic scale,

lots of labor operations
in the middle process.
