What do you love about your job?

The thing that I love most about my career at ADP to this point is that
I’ve had so many careers within my career! The opportunities for growth
are literally endless. ADP helped to pay for my MBA program, which
helped me to earn a new strategic role supporting our enterprise sales
teams. As I learn and develop, there’s always a new project, team, or role
waiting for me at ADP. There is no other organization that can provide
the resources, people, and opportunities that ADP can – and I feel so

At ADP, we have ten Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
– Adelante, Elevate, Inspire, iWin, Cultivate, Pride,
Generations, Thrive, Green, and Military Strong & Allies.

BRGs are the place where associates influence the


business, develop their careers, and volunteer for great
causes. They are led by associates and demonstrate our
inclusive culture.

BRGs at ADP are experiencing explosive growth.


We’re now at 15K+ members since their launch nine
years ago. And, overall engagement measures of BRG
members is higher than non-members, indicating the
important role that these organizations play in ADP
associates’ lives.

Meet Monisha
Being involved in Cultivate, ADP’s African American Business
Resource Group, has made a world of difference in my ADP experience.
I joined this BRG within my first week of starting at ADP and felt an
immediate connection to this community. I was able to network with
all levels of management and build my personal brand across
the company.
I love that I am making a difference in the lives of my colleagues and
those in my local community. As a member of Cultivate, I have been
able to share my passion & enthusiasm for donating to the American
Red Cross by hosting onsite blood donation drives. This is a great way
to bring together a diverse set of ADP associates for a common cause
to support the needs of our community.
My absolute favorite thing about working at ADP is the people! I love
and enjoy the people that I interact with during my daily job functions,
as well as those I work with in Cultivate. I love that I can be myself
and feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. There is a sense of
community here at ADP, and I’m so thankful to be a part of it!

Meet Kris
Leading our Veterans BRG makes my work at ADP even
better. I’m excelling at my core position and I have something
else very special inside ADP – a group that I can go to with a
meaningful shared purpose. Through community events,
we are able to help other Veterans who are not yet
transitioned or maybe having a hard time. Giving back in
this way is important for me.

I love ADP. The company has treated me so well, not only

across local charitable initiatives during our annual Global
Month of Caring in May of 2022. For example, associates
packed 140,000+ meals for Rise Against Hunger in our US
locations. Throughout the year, we also give to disaster
relief, humanitarian and other philanthropic efforts
around the world.

Meet Yasminay
A Career Growth & Development Story

Yasminay Molina has been promoted not once, not twice,


but a whopping six times throughout her time with ADP.

Having first joined the ADP in 2008, Molina says the


company “lives up to its values, has an amazing culture
and is continuously willing to invest in my growth and
development.”

Now, she’s the Director of Implementation for the


southern region, having climbed the proverbial ladder
thanks to her relentless curiosity, her participation in
the company’s emerging leader program, and her use of
performance and strategy conversations to expand her
expertise.

“At ADP, there are countless opportunities available,”


Molina said. “I also have leaders that support and believe
in me. In addition, and probably most important, is the

Talent and Performance Management approach
and becoming a strengths-based organization to bring out
the best in all our associates and to help team leaders more
effectively lead and engage their teams. We believe that
all associates have unique strengths and potential to grow.

StandOut is a unique approach to understand and


maximize our associates’ strengths to help you
“Make Your Mark”.

StandOut enables continuous dialogue between


associates and their leaders and promotes team
engagement. Between weekly check-ins to highlight
what you “loved” and “loathed,” quarterly team
engagement pulse checks, and targeted focus areas,
we’ve created a better way for leaders to manage teams
and to keep consistent visibility and frequent two-way
communication between them and the associates they
manage. There are no annual performance reviews, rather
an ongoing partnership between leader and associate.

Our goal is to immerse students into ADP’s culture and
test for mutual fit with an end goal of conversion to
full-time employment upon graduation. We have programs

to share your story.

1. Make a referral
Great people tend to know more great people. Have anyone in mind? Find our
Associate Referral Program on the ADP portal and submit them. If they are hired,
you could receive a cash reward. (Check your country’s policy for details and learn
more about our Associate Referral Program on the next page.)

2. Write a Glassdoor review


When candidates are looking for a new job, peer-ranked sites like Glassdoor
are a major “go to” resource. Share your experience and the impact ADP has had
on your career.

3. Share your story with us


We know there are great stories out there. Why not share yours? We would
love to feature you in a recruitment ad, on our careers site, or on one of our
social posts. Or join our Life @ ADP Brand Advocacy Team, where you could
earn rewards just for sharing on social media while you get to know your
colleagues from around the world as you get access to breaking news at ADP.

4. Share on social media


Social channels are the perfect place for people to get a feel for our culture.
Content and video are great methods to engage and educate in a non-intrusive,
human way. Be mindful to use these channels properly. You don’t want to wear

just spam. Our top-performing content focuses on milestones, our ADP culture,
and our EVP messages. Our most compelling and engaging stories are about
