To whom it may concern

My name is Lisa Antwi Baise with the passport no.G1247017 that was used to apply for the relative visa
reference no.TRR3503951 ( minor child) section 18 , dated 12 May 2022,

I am writing this letter of representation as remonstration for the rejection of my Relative Visa
application i recieved from the Visa Facilitation Service of pretoria dated 24, July 2024 . My Relative Visa
application reference no.TRR3503951 was refused due to the "Visa expiry before the date of
application"

I don't understand why i was refused the Relative Visa when i have shown proof of the Good Cause
letter that was issued to me by the Department of Home Affairs dated 3 March 2022. The reason for the
Good Cause was due to the fact that the Visa which was inside my passport was stolen as a result of
house robery that led to the Visa expiring , hence the application for the Good Cause at the earliest ,
however during the period of wait for the outcome , it was later known to me that the Good Cause got
lost by the hands of the Home Affairs , knowing this i applied for the Good Cause again under my
parents , Linda Baisie holder of ID no.8204161138086 and John Baisie holder of ID no. 7211106302181.
The Good Cause took quite a long time before it was issued to me , which caused a delay in the whole
process.

When i applied for the Relative Visa with passport no.G1247017 it was not expired but because of the
delay to issue out the Visa by VFS , I found out that passport no.G1247017 was going to expire in 3
months time in the 2023 hence i rushed to apply for a new passport no. G3697809 before the expiry of
passport no.G1247017 . I also sent an email to Adziliwi.muravha@dha.gov.za which i recieved from
Home Affairs explaining everything but there was no response , this took place when the passport
no.G1247017 was not expired yet .

Furthermore my parents are permanent Residence of South Africa , I have also stayed with my parents
in this country and schooled here since my childhood .
I planned to sudy this year however due to the delay of the whole procedure regarding the matter
already stated, i couldn't study this year .

Attached to this letter is a photocopy of the Good Cause that i had attached when applying for the
Relative Visa under my parents and Immigration particulars .You may confirm with the Home Affairs
Office of the Provincial Manager : Gauteng Province , Cnr De Korte and de Beer street , 3rd floor
Mineralia Building , Braamfontein.
