COMMERCIAL OFFER
ON-GRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEM

On the basis of our general terms and conditions of business, we would like to present
you with a preliminary commercial offer for an on-grid solar power system.

The proposed solar power system is based on LUXEN Solar panels, which was included
in the list of Тop Tier1 solar panel manufacturers according to the Bloomberg NEF,
and Fox ESS on-grid inverters for parallel operation with an electrical network.

This solar power plant is equipped with a remote monitoring system from a mobile
device and a personal computer. The warranty of the main equipment is 12 years
warranty for solar panels and 10 years for inverter.

This solar station is calculated based on roof area of customer (28.200 m2) with total power
of 6 MW. Annual electricity production is 8,95 MWh (Appendix 1) which allows to save
approximately 895.800 EUR.

Terms of payment:
100% Set Up Fee
50% - Prepayment;
30% - Within 3 working days after half of the work is completed in accordance with the
design and estimate documentation;
20% - Within 3 days after the commissioning of the solar power plant.

The project implementation period is approximately 10-18 weeks from the date of
prepayment. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
