ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS-XI (2024-25)

Those students (and parents) of PM SHRI KV Berhampur who have passed SSE-
2024(Class-X) are hereby informed that,

1.The process of registration/submission of option form starts from 15.05.2024 and the last
date to submit the dully filled-in registration/option form is 22.05.2024 (05:00pm).

2. The registration/option form can be obtained from the office in hard copy from 10:00am-
01:00pm on all working days or it can be downloaded from the Vidyalaya website as well
as from the form shared in the Class-X WhatsApp groups.

3. Parents/Students have to choose the stream in the order of their preference and the
subjects as per the choice of subjects given in the form.

4. Attach the self -attested photocopy of the documents asked in the registration form.

5.The dully filled-in registration/option form along with the self attested photocopy of
documents must be deposited in the school office in hard copy between 10:00am-01:00pm
in all working days on or before 22.05.2024.

6. Admission will be given as per the “KVS Admission Guidelines-2024-25”.
