New Registration

Click on New Registration button to fill Application form.

Exam Select your Eligibility Exam

Following Options are available which candidate can select while filling the application form

A. PCM MHT-CET 2024

B. PCB MHT-CET 2024
C. JEE (Main) 2024
D. NEET 2024
E. Foreign National / NRI / PIO / OCI / CIWGC
F. NEUT / JKSSS / PMSSS Candidate
G. Diploma in Engineering & Technology
H. D.Voc.

The aforementioned list includes the eligibility criteria for the First Year Engineering admission in 2024.
Candidates must have appeared for at least one of the listed entrance exams to fill out the application
form.

Candidates who have taken multiple entrance exams such as MHT CET (PCM and PCB) or JEE/NEET 2024
should initially fill out details for PCM and/or PCB. They can provide details for JEE and/or NEET 2024
while completing the application form in Step 6. (There is no need to fill out a separate application
form.)
If you have appeared for MHT CET, then Select First Option, and enter your MHT CET 2024 Application
Number, Roll Number and Date of Birth.

Note: Candidates those who want to apply under the candidature type Foreign National/ NRI / PIO / OCI
/ CIWGC must register on the FCR Portal as per the proposed Rules. To Register use the following Link –

After filling information Click on the check box and “Save and Proceed” button.

Registration Details
Personal Details: Enter your Full Name as per HSC Mark sheet). Enter Father's Name, Enter Mother's
Name, Choose Gender, Confirm Gender, DOB DD/MM/YYYY), Religion, Region, Choose Annual Family
Income, Mother Tongue, Nationality
Communication Details:

Enter your communication address, Mobile Number and Email Address.

Choose Password:

Enter your password as per the instruction and confirm same. Then enter Captcha as shown in below
image. If Captcha is not visible or difficult then, please click on reset button to change the Captcha
Image.

After filling all above information Click on “Save and Proceed” button.

Mobile Number Verification

OTP will be sent on Mobile number, which is entered by you in previous step,

Check the SMS box the and enter the OTP and click on ‘Verify OTP’ to Confirm entered mobile number.
Application ID Generation

After mobile number verification, Unique Application ID will be displayed on screen.

Keep your Application ID for future reference and click on “Proceed to Complete Application Form”
button to Login application ID.

Registered Candidate Sign In

Enter Application ID and Choose Password and click on Sign In button.

If candidate unable to login his/her application from, click on “I can’t Access my Account” to reset the
Password or to know the Application ID.

Select Scrutiny Mode

Select Scrutiny mode as per your convenience.

Candidate Dashboard

The Candidate Dashboard comprises a total of 10 steps that must be completed to fill out the
application form. To proceed, the candidate needs to click on the 'Incomplete' button for Step 2.

Application status and important instructions will be displayed under Application Form Verification
Status' as depicted below.

Select Your Candidature Type

Please read the instructions below and select your type of candidature accordingly. For more detailed
information, please refer to the Information Brochure available on the homepage of the registration
platform.
Select your Candidature type and click on “Save and Proceed” button.

Home University & Category Details

Based on Candidature type Home University & Category Details will be displayed. For Candidature type
A below information (Question) will be displayed.

Select Document for Type-A, Select District from which Candidate has Passed SSC, Select District from
which Candidate has Passed HSC / Diploma in Engineering & Technology, Select Taluka from which
Candidate has Passed HSC / Diploma in Engineering & Technology based on above information “Your
Home University” will be displayed.

Category Details

Select Category to Which You Belong, based on Category applicable documents and benefits will be
displayed.

Select EWS status “Yes” if you want to apply under EWS otherwise select “No”.

Enter your caste name and click on “Save and Proceed” button.

Special Reservation Details

PWD, Défense and TFWS Details

Select Your Disability type from given dropdown If you have Minimum 40% disability Certificate
otherwise select Not Applicable.

If candidates’ parent is in Défense or retired from defence, then Select Defence type otherwise select
Not Applicable.
If you want to apply under TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme). Select Yes otherwise select No - Valid
Income certificate required

If candidate is Orphan, then Select Yes otherwise select No -Proforma U required.

If candidate belongs to Minority Candidature Type Select your Minority Type otherwise select Not
Applicable.

After filling all details click on Save and Proceed button.

Qualification Details SSC/Equivalent Details

Select SSC Board, SSC Passing Year, and SSC Seat Number and enter Marks obtained and Marks out of.

HSC / Equivalent Details

If the candidate passed HSC in 2024, marks can be fetched automatically by providing the following
details: HSC Passing Year, HSC Seat Number, Candidate's Mother's Name, and Candidate's Name. Click
'Get HSC Details'. After entering all information, review and click 'Save and Proceed'."
Diploma Details

To enter Diploma Details, select “Diploma in Engineering & Technology” and select Diploma Marks Type
enter Marks Obtained and Marks Out of Otherwise HSC/D. VOC.

JEET/NEET 2024 Details

If you have appeared for JEE/NEE 2024 then select Yes otherwise select No.

To Get JEE 2024 Details

Enter your JEE application No and DOB and click on Get JEE Score Data to fetch details.
To Fill NEET 2024 Details

Select Radio button as Yes and Enter following details as per the NEET 2024 Result.

Enter NEET 2024 details correctly and click on “Save & Proceed” button.

Uploading Photograph & Signature:

Read instructions below.

 Select 'Upload type'.

 Choose File.
 Click 'Crop'.
 Select area.
 Click 'Crop'.
 Click on Upload

Follow steps to upload PHOTO and Signature.

Once both the Photo and Signature are uploaded, click on the "Save & Proceed" button.
Upload Required Documents

As per the selection made by the candidate in previous steps from 1 to 7, the candidate is required to
upload the respective documents. If the candidate fails to upload the necessary documents, the
respective benefits will be removed in accordance with the Rules.

To upload the documents, follow the step.

Click on Upload – Open – Select file- Upload

Pay Application Fee

As per your Admission Category Application Fee will be displayed on screen which needs to be paid
online.

Submit Application Form for E- Verification

After successful payment, if candidate want to lock his application form in order to send it for
verification, he needs to click on Submit Application Form for E- Verification- Enter Your Login Password
– Verify OTP - Enter One Time Password (OTP) - Submit Application Form for Verification.
Print Application Form

After Successfully submitting the Application Form for Verification candidate can Print the Application
Form.

Edit Application Form – for E- Scrutiny Mode Selected Candidate.

To edit your application, please follow the process outlined below:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the "Send Grievance" option under the menu.

Step 3: Provide details of your grievance and upload relevant documents.

Step 4: Submit your grievance.

Once your grievance has been submitted, you can check its status in your login area. Submitted
grievances will be reviewed for document validity and request type. You will receive an SMS and email
notification regarding the approval or rejection accordingly.

Step 5: After approval of your grievance, log in to your account.

Step 6: Edit your application form and upload all required documents.

Step 7: Resubmit your application form for re-verification.

Note: If the status of your application form is "It will be verified soon," please wait until
the application is verified, only then you will be able to send the Grievance.

Edit Application Form – for P- Scrutiny Mode Selected Candidate

Candidates wishing to edit their application forms must visit a nearby Facilitation Centre, bringing along
the necessary original documents. After editing, candidates must ensure that all the information
provided and filled in by the Facilitation Centre is accurate, and that all required documents are
uploaded.

In the event that it is not feasible for a candidate to visit a nearby Facilitation Centre, they have the
option to change their verification mode by logging into their account.
