Sub: Fees Circular for 1st Semester 2022-23

All undergraduate/ postgraduate existing students are requested to make online payment of fees for 1st Semester
2022-2023 as per fee structure mentioned below through the https://ecampus.iitd.ac.in/scorner/login only. The
steps and other details are given in Annexure.

Only those students, who have taken loan from the banks or part of their fee is paid by outside agencies, have to pay
using SBI I-collect by generating online challan. Foreign National students can collect challan from Account Section.
Paid SBI I-collect Challan document needs to be shown to IITD Account Section fee desk for updating academic fee
collection.

Note:
- All SC/ST and all PwD(2016 entry onward) students will get 100% Tuition fee exemption.
# Non-Hostlers students need not to pay the Hostel Seat Rent and Amenity Charges.
- Thesis fee for M.S.(R) and Ph.D. is Rs. 500 and Rs. 5000 respectively and shall be payable at the time of submission of thesis.
- Fees not allowed to be paid by swiping the Debit/Credit Cards in Bank
- Any excess payment/shortfall, the same will be adjusted as per records of Accounts Section.

PAYMENT DUE DATE & LATE FEE

1. Up to 02nd August 2022: Use the below link(See Step 1) for payment of academic fee using IITD Scorner
only (without late fee) during this period.

2. From 03rd August 2022 to 07th August 2022: The student can pay dues using IITD scorner during this
period also but he/she has to pay additional late fee of Rs. 250/- which will be automatically added
to the dues.

3. From 08th August 2022 to 12th August 2022: The student can pay the dues using IITD scorner in this
period also but he/she has to pay additional late fee of Rs. 500/- + Rs. 250/- which will be
automatically added the dues.

4. If the student does not pay his/her dues by 12th August 2022, then (a) Registration will be terminated,
(b) Name will be struck off the rolls, (c) Hostel will have to be vacated, and (d) All facilities will be
withdrawn. To renew Registration, an additional charge of Rs. 1000/- (over and above the Fee + Rs.
250/- + Rs. 500/-) will have to be paid.

5. If any stage, internet-based payment process gets interrupted and the student does not get
confirmation of payment on the web, he/she should get his passbook updated after 24 hours to check
the status of the payment. If the payment has not been made, he/she must repeat the payment
process.

Procedure for Payment of Academic fee on IITD Scorner.

Step-1.

Open: https://ecampus.iitd.ac.in/scorner/login on a web browser, login with your entry number and
password.

Note: -

1- Students who do not have the access on IITD Scorner, kindly use forgot password option to
get your username (i.e. entry number) and password on your IITD Email.
2- Kerberos login credentials will not work on the IITD scorner.

Step-2.

After successful Login on Scorner, you will find a link on the left-hand menu as “Academic fee details”.

Click on this link you will be redirect to your fee details page.

On fee details page you will find an entry Add Fee Generation 2022-2023 Odd of the generated fee with pay
option, you have click on the Pay Now button this will direct it to the payment gateway page (Paytm).
Note: -

1- Please contact IITD Account Section fee desk if there is any discrepancy in the generated
fee.
2- Please contact IITD Academic section fee desk if the fee for the current semester is not
shown below.

Step-3.

After the successful payment you will be able to view the fee receipt and a new entry in the fee details page
and your balance will be shown as 0.
