Chapter 4 – Troubleshooting
1. Interlock Key
To activate the laser, the interlock must be
turned from the off position to the on position.
2. ON/OFF Switch
Powers the instrument on and off.
3. Power Supply
The provided power supply needs to be
connected to this point on the back plate to
supply the instrument with power.
4. Remote Interlock (AUX)
Enables remote interlock control.
5. Ethernet Port - Internet / LIS Connectivity
Internet connection is to be connected to this
point.
6. HDMI Port
HDMI cables can be connected to the
instrument through this port.
7. USB Ports
USB Port: The SlideMate Laser has 2 USB
ports.
8. Dust Filter
Refer to the Maintenance section for
information on filter maintenance.

Error Resolution
