Course Description:
This course deals with the nature of mathematics, the appreciation and recognition of its practical,
intellectual, and aesthetic dimensions, and the application of mathematics as a tool in dealing with various aspects
of daily life.

Essay Tasks:
Write an essay (20pts. each) which reflects your understanding, thoughts, and reflections on the topics discussed
in class. Your essay MUST range from 250-750 words, use Times New Roman font, 12, and double-spaced. You will be
graded based on the following criteria:

A grade of zero (0) will automatically be given to an essay task with the following conditions:
1. Late submission
2. Not following the indicated format
