Client: Hi, I'm looking to hire a web development agency to build a website for my business.

Can you tell


me about your services and what you can offer?

Agency: Hey there, thanks for reaching out. At our agency, we specialize in custom web design and
development. We have a team of frontend and backend developers who can build any type of website -
from simple landing pages to complex e-commerce sites.

Some of our main services include full website design and development from concept to launch, content
management system setup like WordPress, custom programming and integration, mobile responsive
design, ongoing website maintenance and support.

Client: What kind of ongoing support is included after launch?

Agency: So, it’s basically a 30-day support period which includes making any minor adjustments, fixing
any bugs that come up, and answering up to 5 hours of general usage questions from you and your
team. After that initial period, we offer monthly support packages where we provide 12 hours of support
per month for ongoing updates, changes or troubleshooting as needed.

Client: I want to integrate an ecommerce platform and payment processor to my website. Could you also
do that?

Agency: Yes, we have experience integrating with all the major ecommerce platforms like Shopify,
WooCommerce, BigCommerce and others. We can also set up payment solutions like PayPal, Stripe and
credit card processing through various platforms. Integrating those is an additional cost but allows you to
sell directly on your new site.

Client: If I went with WordPress, would I own the site files after completion, or would you host it?

Agency: If we build the site on WordPress, you will own all the code, content, files etc. We can set it up,
so you fully own and manage the site after launch. You'd have two options - self host it on a server you
control, or we can offer low-cost managed hosting on our servers as well after the initial period. The
hosted option means we take care of backups, updates, speed optimization etc.

Client: Can you please walk me through the whole process for starting a new project?

Agency: Sure. Our process involves an initial call to understand your business goals. Then we present a
customized proposal and work plan. Subject to approval, our team gets to work on analysis,
design/development, and content creation. We provide interim updates and seek feedback. Once
completed, support is provided for updates and maintenance. During this whole process, our team is
available 24/7 for all sorts of queries and recommendations.
