Dear students,

In September 2024 we will be offering the following subjects at AS Level, leading to A-Level in
September 2024. Your subject choice should be reflective of your interests and should support
any future university applications.
Each student must choose five subjects in total:
● You must choose one English course (or other foreign languages)
● Choose one 'reserve' subject (in case one subject you have chosen is unavailable)
● You should choose at least one facilitating subject:
- History
- Modern languages – e.g. French, German, Spanish, etc
- Classical languages
- Maths and Further Maths
- Physics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Geography
We will do everything possible to honour your choices and you will be informed if any changes
are required. You are encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities such as: Duke of
Edinburgh’s Award training, Student Council &SR, Higher Education Advisory, Clubs,
Leadership Courses, Sports, and Founders’ Lectures.
