SCL configuration error with 615 relays 5:1.22 when configured using Windows 11 vosear Updated: 21 {am trying to configure REFEI5 relay with PCMEOO but the relay suddenly reports SCL error27. What should Idonext? ‘The problem can be seen when writing a configuration or changing the technical key ofa 615 series relay having firmware version 5.1.22 and using PCM60O installed on a pc with Windows 11 operating system, Start by doing a factory reset ofthe relay to clear the SCL error. ‘Then there are different solution alternatives: 1. Update the relay firmware with verson 5.123. “The firmware is available for download from Relays onlin (relay serial number required) 2. Use PCMEOO on a Windows10 pe instead of windows 11 3. Use nonsecure ftp with firmware version 5.1.22. ‘This means that you nced to select FTP as ftp mode in PCM60O (instead of ftps) and in the relay you set secure communication = FALSE ‘This is done from the HM menu Configuration / Authentication / Security / Secure Communication ‘After changing tne communication setting inthe relay, you must reboot the relay to activate the new setting |Was the article helpful?
