2. Engage (10 minutes)
Objective: Introduce the Filipino Pyramid Activity Guide and pique interest.
Activity:

o Briefly explain the purpose of the guide and its role in promoting health.
Discussion:
o "What do you notice about the different levels of the pyramid?"
o "How do you think this pyramid can help you in your daily life?"
