Class -5 (2024-25)

Multidisciplinary Project is a criteria of Assessment of


student for their thinking, survey, observation and expression
skills. Student have to select any one theme / topic (out of 5
theme/topic) allotted for their class and show their observation
/ survey / thinking and expression skills in the form of a project
file.
Although suggestive guidelines have been provided for
each theme but one should not limit himself / herself only on
those as it is a presentation of skills.
After completion,PROJECT FILE will be assessed with a
weightage of total 40 marks (20 +20 mark per TERM) in each
subject.
The topics/theme are given in the table below

Project.-Make your own weekly Meal plan for healthy food.

SUBJECTS

English...Role play script and dialogues(between a child and their elder


on healthy food items.

Make your own healthy weekly meal plan containing all nutrients.

Music.Write 1 song on healthy food either in Hindi or in English

Art...Draw food items of different states.

Project:-Make a project file on State of India.

2) Different dresses with their name and picture of the state.
3) Name of the languages spoken in the state.

Art---Draw the map of the state and its cities.

Music --- Write folk song of the state.

Project–Prepare a project file about your environment

SUBJECTS
Math
1. Draw different patterns which you see in your surroundings like
patterns in grill, floor pattern, etc.
2. Data Collection of number of trees/plants in your surroundings.
3. Percentage of different kinds of gases in environment. Also represent it in
the form of pie chart(Chapati chart).

ENGLISH
1. Write five slogan on"Save environment”
2. Write three sentences on saving environment
3. Name different kinds of gases in environment.

EVS
1. Write any five characteristics of healthy environment.
2. Write about the components of environment
3. What do you mean by environmental change?

Hindi

 Traffic safety – Write a paragraph on importance of traffic rules in
our life .

MATHEMATICS-

 Use a traffic safety chart select traffic signs which are made
using mathematical shapes and symbols. Draw/ Paste relevant
pictures.
EVS-
 Write the importance of traffic rules in our life .
 Make a list of traffic rules you will follow while coming to school.

HINDI-
 राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरिा सप्ताह कब और क्य ों मनाया जाता है ? इसके इचतहास और
