IERS 2024 Author Instructions

• All papers should be written in English.


• Maximum length of a paper is limited to 10 pages.
• Use the paper format IERS 2024 template while preparing abstracts and
full papers. The paper should follow the formatting guidelines strictly. The
easiest way to achieve this is to use the provided template and change the text
inside to reflect your paper content. You can find the Full Paper & Abstract Format
end of the author instructions.
• Follow the following instructions in your first submission.
• Do NOT include any authors’ information such as name, affiliations, e-
mail, etc. in the initial manuscript.
• Do NOT include any grant information or personal acknowledgements in
the initial manuscript.
• Use the following guidelines while submitting abstracts and full
papers:
• When you submit the camera ready copy please include authors’
information such as name, affiliations, e-mail, etc.
• Email your paper in MS Word and PDF format to iers.nerdc@gmail.com&
iers2024@nerdc.lk .
• Manuscripts that do not conform to the above formatting guidelines will
not be considered.
• We request all authors to carefully revise the manuscript for language
and formatting.
• All submitted abstracts and manuscript will undergo a plagiarism check
using a suitable tool.
• All submitted abstracts and full papers should base on innovative
product or outcome. At the symposium date innovation displaying facility will be
provided. It will be great opportunity to showcase your innovation among academic
and industry experts, entrepreneurs etc…..
• All submitted Abstract will be reviewed by the symposium committee of
the IERS 2024 and only accepted abstracts will be called to submit their Full
Papers. All accepted abstract must be presented in the Oral Sessions of
IERS2024.The abstract proceedings will be published on the symposium date.
• The selected, leading papers of the IERS 2024 conference will be
published by Springer Nature as the book series Proceedings in Technology Transfer.
• We expect select papers to be published on Springer Nature, based on
the evaluation conducted during the symposium and the quality of the full paper.
Therefore, we kindly request you to submit your full paper to IERS 2024 in good
quality. Please ensure that you double-check the written English in your manuscript
before submission.
• Other full papers published in IERS proceedings and it will be
published in Sri Lanka Science index database with ISBN.
• Please contact us, if you have any questions regarding your submission
or experience any issues while submitting your abstract or manuscript.
