PROJECTS WORKED
● AFS (Altisource Field Services) - Worked on the application under Altisource Field
Services for end to end automation of the Property Validation, Registration, De-
Registration and Property Renewal Process for different clients under different
Municipalities, Counties and States in the US.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Development of user stories and defect fixing.
2. Deployment of code into QA, UAT and Prod.
3. Responsible for giving demos to BA and business stakeholders.
● BIDS Automation - Worked on the application under Altisource Field Services for end
to end automation for the maintenance of a Property by the Vendor either through a
contract order or BID order based on the logic defined. When the identified Property
falls under the category of BID order, Vendor has to BID to take the ownership of the
work for completion and when Property falls under the category of Contract order,
the work gets assigned to a vendor with fixed amount for the completion of work.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. User story development, unit testing and defect fixing.
2. Worked on Job Schedulers and Queue Processors.
3. Experience in UI designs like Harness, Sections and Layouts.
4. Code deployment to QA, UAT and Prod.
● Property Preservation - Worked on the application for a US based client, the
application mainly provides services to the requests belonging to the customer loans.
The application categorises the customer requests into 2 types: Request Task and
Internal Task. Under the Request task we have some tasks like Request Property
Registration, Request Property Inspection and many more. Similar to Request Task
under Internal Task we have Request Change Address, Request Insurance Claim
Review etc. Based on the task selection case will be routed to respective teams for
further processing until the resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Development of assigned user stories and defect fixing if any.
2. Giving demos to BA and QA team for the sprint stories.
3. Code deployment to higher environments.
● Customer Service Framework (Verbal Complaints and Written Complaints) -
Currently working on this application for the same US based client, the application is
mainly to automate the processing related to loans and resolve customer complaints
regarding those loans. Here we have 2 types of Customer Complaints: Verbal and
Written Complaints. For Verbal Complaints the end user or CSR (Customer Service
Representative) starts the process with an interaction either with an inbound or an
outbound call with the customer and creates an interaction case. The CSR gets the
loan number from the customer. The application uses a web service to retrieve the
detailed information about the corresponding loan number. Based on the interaction
the CSR creates a complaint task which gets tagged to the interaction case. The
complaint task is routed to respective teams for the resolution. For the Written
Complaints customer complaints are received in the form of written requests such as
email, fax or letters. Corresponding to those complaints CSR creates a written
complaint case which gets routed to respective teams for further processing and
resolution.
