1. What are we solving?

Based on internal TNI and organization needs, the behavior aspect of


individual skills is being targeted.

2. How will it help me as a learner?

The platforms are equipped with an intriguing library of courses. With


completion of each module, learners will be able enhance their current
understanding of that particular behavior.

3. How will it help me as a manager?

The platform helps by providing tailored development tools to enhance


your team’s behavioural skillset, impart cohesion and improve
collaboration, all while ensuring continuous learning and growth.

4. How much time should I invest?

The courses are planned & structured to impart learning by invensting as


low as 20 minutes a day which will allow 100% completed within next 3
months.

5. What’s the deadline?

The current course library is planned for completion in next 3 months. Oct-
Nov-Dec’24

6. How will I track Progress?

Induvial progress can be tracked via the platforms. For Team wise progress
tracking, you may reach out to L&D Team, we’ll share time wise progress
update.

7. How do I ask for help with E-learnings?
