Vanilla+ Feature List

Characters

● Green Knight’s poison DOT is significantly buffed

● King now has a healing multiplier based on the amount of active enemies. Splash

cost increased to 25% of max mana.

● Beekeeper gains up to 4 extra splash segments at max magic. Splash projectiles

move directly downwards, and splash cannot be blocked.

● Blacksmith’s splash’s horizontal force is reduced while its vertical force is buffed.

● Alien can change weapons, and his magic animations reflect this change.

● Grey’s elemental infusion now does full damage.

● Ninja teleports to the location of his projectile impact (only when hitting enemies).

● Barbarian’s colour is updated to its originally intended brown, rather than blank

white.

● Pink Knight’s splash cost is reduced to 35% of max mana (was: 50%).

● Cultist uses an altered version of Evil Wizard’s splash attack. Projectiles are now

purple crystals that slam grounded enemies into the ground.

● Arrow rain now does quartered damage, and stuns regular enemies on hit. Still

flinches beefies. Mana cost increased to 35% of max mana.

Weapons

● Ninja Claw
+4 strength, -2 defense, +4 agility
● Man Catcher
+6 strength, +2 defense, -2 agility, 3% critical chance
● Buffalo Mace
+5 strength, +5 defense, +2 agility
● Chainsaw
-3 defense, 10% critical chance (mathematically, this is on par with +6
strength for all enemies with more health than Coneheads). Weapon is reanimated.
● NG Gold Sword
+5 strength, +6 magic, -3 agility
● Gold Skull Mace
+3 strength, 5% critical chance
● Demon Sword
Scales from +0 to +9 strength based on how low your health is. -3 defense.
This is NOT a flat +9 strength as the ingame weapon bonus suggests. Moved the
glow effect behind the weapon and increased the red tint.
● Glowstick
Moved the glow effect behind the weapon and increased the red tint.
● Ice Sword
+5 strength, +3 magic, +2 agility
● Black Morning Star
+1 strength, +7 magic, -2 agility, 1% critical chance. Old sprite is used.
● Snakey Mace
+7 magic, -2 defense, +3 agility, 4.54% critical chance. Old sprite is used.
● Club
+5 strength, +5 defense, -3 agility, 4% critical chance
● Chicken Sword
+3 strength, +1 magic, +1 defense, +3 agility
● Carrot
-3 strength, +5 agility. Increases fire rate of the bow. Can be paired with
Seahorse to make the bow full-auto.

Pets

● Bipolar Bear’s maul threshold is multiplied by the amount of players using bipolar

bear (going from 8% health up to 32% health). The maul threshold for his owner is

increased, and is also subject to the multiplier (going from 9% health up to 36%

health).

● Burly Bear now gives +4 strength.

● Cardinal now gives +1 strength and +3 agility.

● Chicken now gives +1 strength, +3 magic, +3 defense, and +1 agility.

● Dragonhead now gives +2 agility, and multiplies ground melee damage by 2.

Increases owner gravity.

● Giraffey multiplies XP gain by 10 (was: 1.1)


● Golden Whale can now drop any type of gold except bags (chances equally

weighted). He also increases the “tier” of a bossfight chest by 1, increasing the range

(and therefore value) of gold that can be dropped.

● Install Ball now gives +5 strength and +4 magic, but shoots photons 4x faster.

Photons increase the weight gain of airborne enemies (e.g. making midweights

increase weight faster)

● Pelter now gives the owner a melee damage boost in return for hitting an enemy

with magic. Boost lasts for 25 frames (1 second = 30 frames).

● Troll heals from 0% to 15% of player’s maximum health, increasing the lower the

player’s health is. Can also heal even if the player is at 0 health.

● Rammy now stuns enemies. Only one enemy can be stunned per charge.

● -Seahorse now gives +2 agility, and makes the bow fully automatic. Can be paired

with the Carrot for increased rate of fire.

● Sherbert now decreases the player’s gravity. This makes him far less viable

(prevents conventional juggling), but does allow for silly gimmick builds in arena or

for spellweaving.

● Snoot now gives +5 strength, -3 magic, and -1 agility

Quality of Life

● Replaced Treasure in the arena menu with a selector that allows players to change

their loadout. Changes made in this will not carry over to savefile.

● Added a beefy flinch indicator. This will appear as a coloured skull above the

beefy’s head.

● Added selectable flags to the Weapons Frog. You can unequip a flag in the frog by

pressing [Heavy Attack] instead of [Light Attack]


● Agility cap is raised to 27. Having 27 or more agility will grant you PS3 melee

speed.

● Food drops are expanded to include special or unique food types (as a side effect,

the chance to receive meat-type drops has increased from 16% to 18%).

● The colouration of damage numbers now indicates an enemy’s resistance to a

damage type. Darker shades mean higher resistance, and lighter shades mean less

resistance.

● Potions are automatically used in singleplayer. Potions that are used automatically

will only fill 60% of maximum health.

● Player inventory (bombs, potions, and sandwiches) is refilled on death.

● Uppercut RNG is marginally decreased (with the intention to prevent things like

whiffed beefy juggle starters).

● Movement speed is buffed significantly when entering Blacksmith/Weapons

Frog/Animal Ark to make choosing loadouts faster. This buff will disappear once you

pick up a weapon/pet, to allow the player a more accurate gauge of the effect of

agility stats.

● The AA spin attack now does full light attack damage.

● The Animal Ark pet descriptions are updated with increased detail, whether the pet

is reworked or not.

● Dropped weapons will not be picked up automatically. To pick up a weapon bag,

use the light attack while on top of it.

● Map is reworked. Provides direct access to Painter, Undead Cyclops, and

Necromancer levels. Going up from the Weapons Frog will teleport you to the

Volcano Store. Below the Weapons Frog is a custom node that sends you to the

lobby.
Enemies

● Any enemy has an 11% chance to be an elite enemy. Elite enemies receive +10%

health, the ability to use magic, and increased speed, aggressiveness, and ground

block chance. Elite enemies can be identified by the flag on their back.

● Lightweight enemies can no longer be juggled infinitely. They are instead “soft

mediumweights” increase weight by a small initial amount that grows exponentially

over time.

● Player is invulnerable to beetle sandbubbles while they are knocked down.

Sandbubble damage is increased to compensate.

● Icekimos are changed to mediumweights. Health reduced to 2900 (was: 3300).

● Ice King’s health is reduced to 25,000 on Insane Mode (was: 50,000)

● Corn Boss’s health on insane mode is reduced by 6000. Block chance is reduced

from 1/15 to 1/35. Time spent blocking is reduced from 15 frames to 5 frames.

Bugfixes

● The 3 Player AI glitch is disabled

● Enemy crits and effect chances are disabled

● Fake crits are disabled
