to 12th took the posters and shouted the rules in the form of rally around the
neighborhood of school)
•LADILI WORKSHOP - attended the workshop and also gave classes to juniors
who were financially weak in the school itself
•Involved in the filmit screening of ol movies and to upkeep their traditions

Q1) Considering the current world situation, and the United Nations' reaction to it, do you
think the UN is still a relevant organisation?
Ans 1 - The United Nations, initially established to maintain peace and security, prevent
conflicts, and promote justice, has failed to meet the aspirations of people worldwide.
Despite its efforts in humanitarian aid, international cooperation, and cultural development,
the UN's inability to resolve ongoing wars, such as those in Palestine and Ukraine, has led to
widespread chaos and conflicts. The organization's unfulfilled promises have resulted in lost
dignity and assurance for many citizens. The veto power in the Security Council and lack of
majority support from member states hinder the UN's effectiveness, rendering it incapable
of delivering on its core mandate. As a result, the UN's relevance and credibility are
increasingly in question.
Q2) There is a significant difference in the stipend between men and women in industries
such as entertainment and sports. Do you think this disparity is justified?
Ans 2 - No,I do not think that this disparity is justified at all mainly because this stipend is
symbolizing gender inequality and patriarchal thinking . Justifying this is another way of
encouraging such stereotypes and this should not be acceptable in society at all.
When men and women are doing the exact same work with same fascilities there should not
be any query of paying women less. Morever,according to the equal renumeration act of
equal wage it ensures equal fair to all gender so paying less is basically doing wrong legally
as well as socially .Talking about entertainment industry many actresses have shown their
concern wherein they were paid less in contrast to the male lead although both had exact
same work to do .Even in sports industry women are considered inferior and not given much
opportunities or wages just because of the generalised view point that they are weak in it or
they do not deserve it .Practically speaking in totality women work much more than men as
a man's work ends at the desk but a woman's work never ends it's exagerrated from the
desk to the household chores . Summing up ,I do not feel justice with women being paid less
in such industries in relation with the work they do.
