3. **Control Measures**
- **Risk Assessment:** Conduct a thorough risk assessment before any work at
height begins. Identify potential hazards and implement control measures.

protection equipment, such as harnesses, lanyards, and guardrails. Check that all
equipment is in good condition.
- **Secure Working Platforms:** Ensure that scaffolding, ladders, and other
