Bulan Public Market plays a crucial role as one of our main

ingredient suppliers because they offer a wide variety of raw
materials. We chose them as our primary source because it's easy
to find different ingredients there. The owners haven't faced many
issues, if any, because the market consistently provides products
at prices that are both friendly and reasonable. This makes getting
our ingredients straightforward and hassle-free.
In addition to relying on Bulan Public Market, we also count
on Jeanee’s as a backup supplier. We turn to them when certain
ingredients are either unavailable or too expensive at the public
market. Including Jeanee’s in our supplier network makes sense
not only because they offer unique products but also because they
share our commitment to high-quality standards. Plus, their prices
are more reasonable, making them a valuable partner in our
pursuit of top-notch ingredients at affordable rates.
In simple terms, the combination of Bulan Public Market and
Jeanee’s not only ensures we have a variety of raw materials but

quality, and being cost-effective when getting ingredients for our
business. This practical approach to sourcing ingredients boosts
the overall strength of our supply chain and helps our business

with the quantity, description, and price of the materials to be
purchased. These are sent to the purchasing department, where
they are prepared after being compared to quotations, price lists,

approving the invoice for payment. The receiving department
verifies that the supplies are in good shape and are not detective
sources before accepting the invoice.
C. Storage and inventory control system
Inventory control, also referred to as storage control, is the
process of maintaining the proper number of items in your storage
area. It also involves tracking the suppliers of the parts for your
products, ensuring a consistent flow of stock availability, and
keeping an ideal quantity of stock on hand.

D. Shipment system and control

This states the shipment system is based on the progress
of the product’s manufacturing, the delivery date to customers is
verified; shipping instructions are prepared and the package is
ready for dispatch. The two primary job categories are shipment
planning and shipment inspection. The shipment arrangement is
F. O. B shipping point, which means that for all supplier
transactions, the product buyer is responsible for covering the
shipping expenses. Additionally, the seller is not liable for the cost
of the raw materials because they will be acquired at the time of
material procurement from Bulan Public Market.

E. Functions of support services

staff. Moreover, it didn’t seek outside guidance or advice from
influential people to manage its business
VIII. Marketing Plan
The business's strategy for selling its goods to the
intended customer base is laid out in the marketing plan. The
marketing mix's seven components, product, place, pricing,
promotions, people, packaging, and positioning are included in
this section.

A. Product
As entrepreneurs, we
designed our product to meet the
needs of the students and teachers
at Bulan National High School.
Knowing that many students have
limited funds, we made sure our
product is priced reasonably, considering that a lot of students face
financial challenges.
Our focus on quality goes beyond just being affordable.
Our product not only meets high standards and quality but is also
a good mix of nutrition and delicious taste, providing a satisfying
experience for our customers.

To add value to our product, we've taken extra steps like

creating well-made pamphlets and attractive flyers. These
materials are not just about making our product more visible but
also about giving useful information to our audience. We want to
build a stronger connection and help everyone at Bulan National
High School understand the benefits our product offers. Our goal
is to have a positive and lasting impact on both students and
teachers.
B. Place
After careful consideration, we've
chosen the school gym as the best place to sell
our product at Bulan National High School.
It's not just because there's a lot of space; we
picked it because it's conveniently close to
most classrooms. This location makes it much
easier for both students and teachers to buy
from us. Being nearby doesn't just mean it's easy to get to; it also
adds to the overall convenience, fitting well into the daily routines
of the school community.

We've set up our stall right outside the

school, specifically on the boulevard. We
chose this spot because of the open space it
offers, making it a welcoming area for our
stall. Additionally, being surrounded by
houses, the boulevard is an ideal location to
appeal to not just students but also residents
in the nearby community. Our careful choice of this location is all
about making it easy for people to see and access our stall,
creating a friendly and convenient place for them to check out
what we have to offer.

Target market
The target market consists of consumers who possess
distinct needs, characteristics, and behaviors, and it is to this
consumer group that the business venture sells its products.
C. Price

Our group is proud to offer a diverse

product range with prices ranging from PHP
15.00 to PHP 55.00, making it easy for
customers to access and encouraging them
to come back for more. When it comes to
pricing, our products hold their own against
others in the market. Being close to
classrooms and serving mainly students, our choice to keep prices
low is simply because we want our products to be affordable for
our main customer base.
Our strategy goes beyond just making things taste good;
we want to capture our target market's attention by emphasizing
that our products are wholesome, clean, and suitable for daily
consumption. This means we're careful about choosing high-
quality raw materials, showing our commitment to meeting our
customers' unique preferences and needs. In dealing with
manufacturing costs, our pricing approach is thoughtfully aligned
with our target market's budget, while also ensuring we strike a
balance to stay profitable. Understanding how competition
influences what consumers choose, we've come up with a pricing
strategy that not only focuses on affordability but also places our
products competitively in the market, ensuring our valued
customers keep coming back.

customers to make purchases.
C. Use of social media
To expand how we promote our
products; we'll share pictures of samples and
use videos to reach more people. We'll use
different social media platforms like
Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to reach
beyond the school and attract a wider
customer base.
2. Personal selling

This includes having salespeople who will interact directly

with potential customers. All owners of the business will take on
the role of salespeople to persuade customers to purchase our
products. They will engage in conversations to promote the
products and attract more buyers. Personal selling is deemed
more effective, especially within the school, as it allows people to
see our products firsthand. Apart from selling at the stall, the
salespeople will also go from room to room, aiming to facilitate
quicker product sales.
3. Sales promotion

Sales promotion aims to encourage customers to buy by

offering attractive deals. The business strategy includes
rewarding loyal and repeat customers, using promotions and
discounts during holidays. There will also be discounts for bulk
orders. We'll use special pricing to attract customers to buy
specific products at a lower cost, benefiting both the business
and the budgets of school teachers and students. Through
double offers, we aim to entice customers to buy two or more
products for the price of one. This strategy also includes
discounts for bulk orders, encouraging customers to buy more for
extra savings.
