KINDERGARTEN 5TH MOVING UP CEREMONY FORMULARY
June 27, 2022 (Monday 8:00 a.m.)

I. PROCESSIONAL

This moment signifies the time of completion, of finishing, of an ending. However, it


is also a time of celebration, of achievement and of a beginning for our completers.

Good morning, everyone. I am MARIA RASOL CEQUINA MAGBUTAY, Grade 4-


VIRGO Class adviser, and I am delighted to be your host today. Welcome to the
KINDERGARTEN 5th Moving Up Ceremony of Bagacay Integrated School – S.Y
2021-2022 with the theme “Masigasig sa mga pangarap at matatag sa mga
Pagsubok”

As this is a solemn ceremony, courtesy, attention and proper decorum is highly


advised.

At this time let us welcome, the KINDERGARTEN completers of BAGACAY


INTEGRATED SCHOOL for school year 2021- 2022, with their parents, preceded
by the class advisers Ms. MA. CRISTINA S LABRAGUE and Mrs. MYRA L SANO.

Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic community led
by the dynamic and supportive Public School District Supervisor, Mrs. ANABELLE
O. YANGZON, Our Confirming Officer Mrs LOURDES L. MATAN, Education
Program Supervisor in FILIPINO and Calbayog 2 Dist. Adopter ,our very own School
Principal II,MRS LEA LIM JORDAN, together with the vibrant and high calibers
educators of this institution, barangay officials who are with us today, members and
officers of PTA, colleagues, visitors and friends.

II. SINGING OF THE NATIONAL ANTHEM, INVOCATION, AND SCHOOL HYMN

May I request everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute to our National Flag
through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by MR. LUIS
C. PANZO.

Please remain standing until after the invocation and the singing of the school hymn
in a multimedia presentation.

Please be seated.

III. WELCOME ADDRESS

May we call in KLEA ANGELA M. CASALJAY, KINDERGARTEN-FAITH for her


welcome address. A warm of applause please.

IV. PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR COMPLETION

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do
the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for COMPLETION, May we have on
the stage our School Principal II, MRS. LEA LIM JORDAN

PRESENTATION:

“ By the powers vested in me by the Department of Education, through the School


Division Superintendent of Calbayog City,THELMA CABADSAN QUITALIG PHD,
CESO VI, represented by MRS LOURDES LAUDERES MATAN, EPS in FILIPINO
and Confirming Official, I have the honor to present to you the completers, ___
MALES and ___ FEMALES for school Year 2021-2022, who have satisfactorily
completed all the requirements for _______________ as prescribed by the
Department of Education. Grant them all the rights, privileges and responsibilities
thereunto pertaining.”

V. CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETERS

Dr.THELMA CABADSAN QUITALIG, CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent


here represented by MrS. LOURDES L. MATAN, EPS in FILIPINO /Cabayog 2
District adopter will now do the confirmation of completers.

VI. PINNING OF RIBBONS and DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES OF


COMPLETION WITH THE PARENTS
At this juncture we will have the Pinning of Ribbons and distribution of
certificates to our completers by their parents... MRS LOURDES L. MATAN,
EPS IN FILIPINO will do the honor and to be assisted by Mrs. LEA L. JORDAN,
school principal.

May I request the class advisers, Ms. CRISTINA S. LABRAGUE and MRS. MYRA L.
SANO to announce the names of our completers.

Also, May we request the Parent of the completer to accompany your


son/daughter in pinning of the ribbon to our completers.

VII. AWARDING of RIBBONS/MEDALS PERFORMANCE AWARDS

And now, the most awaited part of our programme, especially for the parents and
the learners who will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of
ribbons/medals and certificates to deserving pupils FOR THE Performance award:

Parents are requested to accompany his/her son or daughter in coming upstage to


receive the award.

VIII. ADDRESS OF GRATITUDE

Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind your success is worth
appreciating. At this juncture, may I call on the stage AZRIEL LUIS M. CABALIZA, a
KINDERGARTEN -Love completer for the Words of Thanks and Gratitude.

Thank you very much for the very exuberant words of thanks.
A big hand, everyone.

The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities
await our completers that will further test their mettle as improving individuals.
