X530 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLERS to be fusible link type, with ordinary temperature

setting of 74 deg. C.

X535 QUICK RESPONSE SPRINKLERS containing glass bulbs shall be 100% product
inspected before shipping as per UL requirement. Glass bulb sprinklers shall be shipped
with protective covers saying "do not remove until after installation".

X550 SPECIAL WRENCHES: to be provided from factory for each type of sprinkler
installed.

X560 SPARE SPRINKLERS: provide two sets of spare sprinklers for each type of
sprinkler installed. Each set to contain 6 sprinklers supplied in cabinet with wrench.

X611 HOSE RACK CABINET: recessed type, with steel body, trim and door, finished
with baked white enamel on inside and white prime coat on outside. Body and trim to be
16 gauge and door 20 gauge thickness. Door to have full panel, double strength glass with
'FIRE HOSE' decal. Hose rack cabinet to be supplied from factory with the following
equipment:

one 65 mm pressure restricting angle valve

one 65 mm x 40 mm brass reducer

one steel hose rack with rack nipple

equipment:

one automatic valve consisting of non-rotatable outer cylinder and inner cylinder
which revolves with hose drum; inside of inner cylinder to be screwed to take non-
rotatable valve plunger assembly; unreeling of hose for about 2 metres is to cause
valve to withdraw from its seat and allowing water to flow

one 30 m long, red rubber, 19 mm bore, smooth cover hose with working pressure

to have chromium plated satin finish. Inlet size and hose threads to be approved by Local
Fire Department.
