2. The Differently abled candidates, who have opted for Scribe to be arranged by the Judicial
Recruitment Cell, are allowed to meet the scribe on 18.10.2024 (Friday) between 3.00 p.m
and 5.00 p.m in their respective examination venues. The Differently abled candidates, who
have opted for their Own Scribe / Scribe arranged by the Judicial Recruitment Cell, should
produce necessary certificates as per Appendix I & II in G.O. (Ms). No. 08, Welfare of
Differently Abled Persons (DAP-3.2) Department, dated 21.09.2021, in the above said date
and time.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. All candidates should be dressed decently.


2. No candidate shall be permitted into the Examination Hall without Hall Ticket (Hard Copy) [Soft
copy is not allowed, since mobile phones/electronic gadgets are not permitted] under any
circumstances and the Hall Ticket should be retained by the candidate till the completion of the
examination.
3. The candidates shall be present at the venue by 09.00 a.m. to avoid last minute rush, over-
crowding and also to occupy their respective seats by 09.30 a.m. No candidate will be allowed
into the Examination Hall after the grace time, i.e. 10.30 a.m. under any circumstances.
4. Except the candidate, no other person will be permitted into the Examination Venue.
5. Candidates should carry their Hall Ticket with valid photo ID proof, in original. If the Photo of the
candidates is not clear in the Hall Ticket, they shall bring their Hall Ticket affixing the Passport size
Photograph at the space provided for the purpose (in duplicate) along with any one photo ID proof like
Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Pan Card, photo ID issued by the State or Central Government etc.
6. Blue or Black ball point pen(s) and Transparent water bottle are permitted into the examination
hall.
7. Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination Hall with Mobile Phones, purse, or any device
with inbuilt memory notes or any other electronic devices and non-electronic devices such as P&G
design data book, books, notes, hand bags and recording devices.
8. Candidates are strictly advised not to bring bags and prohibited items mentioned in the Notification
into the examination venue. If they bring any such items, they have to make their own
arrangements for safe custody of such items. The Judicial Recruitment Cell, High Court, Madras
and the venue authorities will not be responsible for the safe custody of the belongings of the
candidates.
9. Candidates found in inebriated condition will not be permitted into the Examination Venue.
10. Candidates shall not indulge in any irregular practices as mentioned in the "Common Instructions to
Candidates", appended to the Notification. Any violation would lead to the candidate being sent out of
the Examination Hall and their Answer sheets will be invalidated and the candidate shall be debarred
from the present and future examinations.
11. Candidates should not write anything in the Hall Ticket.
12. Persons with disabilities will be given additional time of 20 minutes for every one hour of examination
as per rules.
