Welcome to our three days live workshop on self-energy healing techniques. In this workshop

Introduction for seven chakras
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
• Beej Mantra: Lam
• Color: Red
• Sound Frequency: 396 Hz
• Element: Earth
• Location: Base of the spine
• Associated Deity: Ganesha, Brahma
• Associated Body Parts and Organs: Feet, legs, base of spine, bones, large intestine
• Associated Hormones: Adrenal glands

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)


• Beej Mantra: Vam
• Color: Orange
• Sound Frequency: 417 Hz
• Element: Water
• Location: Lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel
• Associated Deity: Vishnu, Rakini
• Associated Body Parts and Organs: Reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, circulatory system
• Associated Hormones: Ovaries, testes

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

• Beej Mantra: Ram


• Color: Yellow
• Sound Frequency: 528 Hz
• Element: Fire
• Location: Upper abdomen, around the stomach area

Understanding and balancing these chakras can lead to improved physical health, emotional stability,
and spiritual growth. Practices such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing can help maintain the
balance and harmony of these energy centers.

1. Energy Work and Healing Practices: Healers and practitioners can identify blockages
through various techniques such as Reiki, and energy readings. They can sense
disruptions in the energy flow and help realign the chakras.
2. Self-Reflection and Meditation: Personal introspection and meditation can help
individuals recognize imbalances. Practices like chakra meditation, journaling about
feelings, and mindfulness can reveal which chakras might be blocked.
3. Pendulum dowsing : Some people use a pendulum or muscle testing to diagnose chakra
imbalances. The pendulum’s movement or muscle response can indicate whether a
chakra is balanced.
4. With aura and chakra scanner : there are modalities which capture the electromagnetic
field of your subtle bodies and gives scanning report just like MRI or x-ray

Day 3
Title: Methods for Cleansing and Purifying Your Aura and Environment

1. Use of Salt to Cleanse the Aura, Seven Chakras, and Your Surroundings

Salt has been used for centuries in various cultures for its purifying properties. It is believed to cleanse
negative energies and create a protective barrier.

Benefits:

- Removes negative energies

- Purifies the seven chakras

- Enhances spiritual clarity

- Creates a harmonious environment

Methods:

1.1 Salt Bath:

- Dissolve a handful of natural sea salt or Himalayan pink salt in your bathwater.

- Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes to cleanse your aura and chakras.

1.2 Salt Scrub:

- Mix sea salt with a small amount of olive or coconut oil to create a scrub.

- Gently massage the mixture onto your skin during your shower.

1.3 Salt Bowls:

- Place small bowls of salt in different rooms of your home.

- Leave the bowls out for 24-48 hours to absorb negative energy, then dispose of the salt.

1.4 Salt Circles:

- Sprinkle a circle of salt around yourself or a specific area to create a protective barrier.
2. Use of Dhup and Incense Sticks to Purify Your Aura and Room:

Dhup (resin incense) and incense sticks are widely used in spiritual practices to cleanse the aura and
purify living spaces. They are believed to ward off negative energies and invite positive vibrations.

Benefits:

- Purifies the environment

- Enhances meditation and spiritual practices

- Promotes a sense of calm and relaxation

- Clears negative energies

Methods:

2.1 Lighting Incense Sticks:

- Choose an incense stick with a fragrance that resonates with you.

- Light the incense stick and allow the flame to burn for a few seconds before blowing it out, letting the
tip smolder.

2.2 Using Dhup:

- Light a piece of dhup and allow it to burn until it produces smoke.

- Place it in a dhup holder or a heat-resistant bowl.

2.3 Smudging Ritual:

- Walk around your room or home with the burning incense stick or dhup.

- Gently wave the smoke into the corners and throughout the space to cleanse the area.

2.4 Aura Cleansing:

- Hold the incense stick or dhup a few inches away from your body.

- Move it in circular motions around your body, starting from your feet and moving upwards, to cleanse
your aura.
3. Use of Kapur (Camphor) to Purify Negative Energies at Your Home:

Kapur, or camphor, has been traditionally used in various cultures for its powerful purifying and
protective properties. It is believed to dispel negative energies and promote a positive and peaceful
atmosphere.

Benefits:

- Eliminates negative energies

- Creates a calm and serene environment

- Enhances mental clarity

- Protects against spiritual impurities

Methods:

3.1 Burning Camphor:

- Place a small piece of camphor on a heat-resistant plate or in a camphor burner.

- Light the camphor and allow it to burn completely, releasing its purifying smoke.

3.2 Camphor Water:

- Dissolve a few pieces of camphor in a bowl of water.

- Use this water to clean floors or sprinkle it around your home to purify the space.

3.3 Camphor Diffuser:

- Use a camphor diffuser to spread the aroma of camphor throughout your home.

- Place the diffuser in central locations to maximize the purifying effect.
