1.0 Mission Statement

Sphere is an event focused on fostering collaboration among IB students aged 13-15,

with international participation. It aims to create unity for interaction and common
purposes. Students, by discussing global issues occurring in different countries, enrich
their minds through engagement with diverse partners and nations experiencing the
same problem in different ways.

This event, meticulously designed to cultivate unity and a shared purpose, stands as
a catalyst for meaningful interaction. The investigation explores the profound impact of
insightful dialogues on global challenges across diverse nations, taking participants on
a transformative journey. By engaging with a spectrum of partners and nations facing
similar issues through distinct perspectives, Sphere emerges as a event that not only
enriches minds but also fosters a deeper understanding of shared global concerns.

3.0 Investigation

Conducting an investigation into the Sphere organization reveals a vibrant assembly

that sparks collaboration among globally active IB students aged 13-15. This event,
meticulously designed to cultivate unity and a shared purpose, stands as a catalyst for
meaningful interaction. The investigation explores the profound impact of insightful
dialogues on global challenges across diverse nations, taking participants on a
transformative journey. By engaging with a spectrum of partners and nations facing
similar issues through distinct perspectives, Sphere emerges as a event that not only
enriches minds but also fosters a deeper understanding of shared global concerns.

2
4.0 Progress

Participation in this impactful initiative requires the submission of a document bearing

the signature of the IB school coordinator. Students within a specific age range,
mentored by IB educators, along with their coordinators, will collectively join by signing
the necessary documents (as indicated in the attachment). Teams consisting of five
individuals from the same country and school will engage in the event through an online
platform. It is highly encouraged for them to attend monthly theme-focused meetings
providing informative insights. In this manner, students will collaborate within their
teams and extend their teamwork to international arenas, enhancing their collaborative
efforts on a global scale. Teams will have the opportunity to freely and comfortably
express their ideas within the framework of respect and creativity, addressing
challenges. Research indicates that globally, a problem is experienced to a similar
extent, around 87%, in countries worldwide. However, the conditions and impact levels
vary. This allows participants to convey the globally identified issues in their unique
contexts, shaped by the monthly themes set by the project manager.
