This is to notify your request for application for leave to New York has been granted
today the 03/08/2023 by the Department of Defense, USA Army. We appreciate your
contribution and efforts towards a better service, the Department of United States
medical department wishes, Thomas Ward, a happy leave trip to New York of
America under defense Section B of the Decree 202 on absence from duty with
permission from active service duty as he moves to meet the fiancée in New York,
United States.

We advise you to proceed with the Deposit of $2,650 Dollars (Two Thousand Six
Hundred and Fifty Dollars) for the American exit, Insurance and Transit Fee to New
York for the returning officer’s name Thomas Ward.

Payment should be made to the transit office of the specified country and the deployed
officer will be at his destination in New York within a few days after the deposit has
been made by beneficiary.

US Army restored peace in AFGHANISTAN, SYRIA, and IRAQ since the war
started through the contribution of the US Army and the UN in general, we use this
