Assess how these theories have evolved and their impact on organisational
management within your chosen organisational contexts.
2.2 – Contemporary Practices
Investigate current trends and best practices in leadership and management within
the context of your chosen organisational settings (for example technology, finance,
learning and development, remote working).
Discuss how these practices align with or deviate from established leadership and
management theories.
Examine how these trends are shaping contemporary leadership and management
practices. Assess how your chosen organisational settings are adapting to these
trends and what their implications for leadership and management are.
2.3 – Cross-Cultural Leadership
Explore the challenges and opportunities of leadership in a multicultural and globalised
workplace.
Analyse the impact of cultural differences on leadership styles and decision-making
processes.
Critically evaluate strategies employed by successful leaders within your chosen
organisational settings to navigate cross-cultural challenges and foster a diverse and
inclusive organisational culture.
This is the main body of your assignment, and you will need to demonstrate an in-depth level of
Knowledge and Understanding of the three key areas highlighted above (20 Marks).

practices within your chosen organisational settings.

Recommended font is Calibri, font size 14 for headings and size 12 for sub-headings, spaced 1.5,
aligned on both margins.
