learning and development, remote working).
 Discuss how these practices align with or deviate from established leadership and
management theories.
 Examine how these trends are shaping contemporary leadership and management
practices. Assess how your chosen organisational settings are adapting to these
trends and what their implications for leadership and management are.
2.3 – Cross-Cultural Leadership
 Explore the challenges and opportunities of leadership in a multicultural and globalised
workplace.
 Analyse the impact of cultural differences on leadership styles and decision-making
processes.
 Critically evaluate strategies employed by successful leaders within your chosen
organisational settings to navigate cross-cultural challenges and foster a diverse and
inclusive organisational culture.

This is the main body of your assignment, and you will need to demonstrate an in-depth level of
Knowledge and Understanding of the three key areas highlighted above (20 Marks).

You should also be able to show mastery of how your ideas and concepts are Practically Applied to real DU

Your work must be informed and supported by a relevant number of Academic Literature. Throughout
your assignment a variety of current and up-to-date sources of information should be used including in-
text citations in the main body and a reference list at the end of your assignment following USW’s
Harvard Referencing system (20 Marks).
