may have antimicrobial properties and may, therefore, contribute to the conservation of these products, such as,
for example, certain essential oils and certain alcohols, but are not covered by this Resolution.
Art. 8 The restriction on sprayable systems applies to forms of presentation that generate particles in the
air, for example, “aerosols”, “ sprays”, “pumps” and “squeezes”.
Single paragraph. For aerosols that do not release particles into the air, eg mousse or shaving cream, the
restriction on sprayable systems does not apply.
Art. 9 The columns with the INCI nomenclatures and CAS numbers of each ingredient or group of
ingredients do not include all existing INCI nomenclatures and CAS numbers, and there may be others that are
