SUMARY OF EVALUATION:
1) Tank TK-1041 Ringwall foundation reinforcing is adequate to support the tank under full Operating conditions using K = 0.35 with one cut horizontal rebar
2) API 650 allows higher stress (lower safety factor) in the tank shell for a Hydrotest. Similarly the Ring wall hoop tension could be
adjusted with a smaller load factor under ACI 318 to provided a similar level of safety.
