Two Truths and a Lie

Objective: Foster personal connections and improve communication.

Script: “Welcome, everyone! To kick off our team-building session, we’ll play ‘Two Truths and a
Lie.’ Each person will take turns sharing three statements about themselves—two truths and
one lie. The rest of the group will guess which statement is the lie. Let’s begin with [Name].”

Let’s switch to another game,

Presentation – this game will improve your presentation and sales skills
We have a bag filled with a variety of interesting items. Each person will pick one item from the
bag and will need to give a one-minute presentation. Imagine that we are your clients, and your
task is to sell us this product.

Drawing
Team size: from 4 people
Time: 5-10 minutes
Rules of the game.
Divide into two groups. You need to sit in a line, so that you can see each other's backs. I will
give you a blank sheet of paper. The first person in the line will be shown a picture, and they
must draw parts of that picture one at a time. The others should try to feel what they are
drawing and replicate it.

Charades
Team size: 8-10 people
Time: 10-25 minutes
Game Rules. Divide the team into groups of 4 or 5 people. The first person is shown or given a
random item (e.g. printer, stapler, keyboard) without showing it to the others. He or she must
then show how to use the item without showing the item to the team. The team has 30
seconds to guess the name of the item (the time can be varied depending on the difficulty of
the item).
Then it is the other team's turn. The game continues until all team members have shown the
item to the team.

General features
Team size: 10 people or more
Time: 30 minutes
Game Rules. Divide the team into groups of three to five people. Then ask employees to find
what everyone in the group has in common. It could be a favorite TV show, ice cream flavor, or
hobby. Everyone should try to find similarities that are not too superficial or obvious. The more
common traits they find in themselves, the better! If time permits, ask different groups to share
their findings with each other.
