MIN 19/2019/2020 – READING OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

Minutes of previous meeting held on 20/08/2019 were read


and confirmed as true records of the group. They were
proposed by Mr. S.M. Kigecha and seconded by Mr. J.N
Kigecha.

MIN 20/2019/2020- MATTERS FROM PREVIOUS


MINUTES

A). The family of the late Mr& Mrs B. W Waititu

After the family of the late couple writing a letter instructing


us to pay their brother Mr. Thomas Waititu Wanjie, the
officials went to bank on 4/9/2019 and bought a bankers
cheque of Shs307754145 after which we invited Mr. Waititu
Wanjie to come and collect the cheque, he refused to come.
Thereafter we decided to take the cheque to an advocate to
pass it to him.

MIN 21/2019/2020 THE FUTURE OF THE GROUP

Mr. S.M Kigecha informed the group that after a thorough


thought he do not see the future of the group. After
discussion we all agreed that after the experience of the
family of the late couple and we are aging, we may leave our
families with problems in future. Every member contributed
to the agenda and we all agreed to dissolve the group and
divide whatever we have.

The accountant was therefore instructed to divide whatever


we have and call us on or before December 2019.

There being no other business the meeting ended with a


word of prayer by the secretary Mr. F.M Kimunya.
