Passive Voice
যদি বলি – আমি গ্রহন করি – I receive।
কিন্তু যদি বলা হয় – আমাকে গ্রহন করা হয়- I am received।

প্রথম বাক্যে আমি নিজেই কাজটি করছি। তাই Active

কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় বাক্যে আমাকে অন্য কেউ রিসিভ করার কাজটি

করছে অর্থা আমি করছি না তাই এ বাক্যটি Passive।
লক্ষনীয়ভাবে -Subject I এর অর্থ- ‘কে' বিশিষ্ট হচ্ছে।
এরকমভাবে যখন কোন বাক্যে Subject এর স্থানে যে বা যা থাকে যদি
তার মাধ্যমে কাজটি সম্পন্ন না হয় তাহলে ঐ বাক্যটিকে Passive
voice বলা হয়।

Rule: কিভান্বে Passive Sentence গঠন হয়।

পৃথিবীর সকল Passive Voice এর নিয়ম একটাই-
Sunjectv+ to ve verb + Extra
I am received – আমাকে গ্রহন করা হয়।
The book was read – বইটি পড়া হয়েছিলো
Italy will be visited – ইটালিতে ভ্রমন করা হবে

Be careful :

i) এ Subject এর স্থানে সবসময় বস্তু হবে ধারনাটি

Voice
ভূল। ব্যক্তিও হতে পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে ব্যক্তির শেষে
“কে” বিশিষ্ট হবে।

ii) এ “by” যুক্ত করতেই হবে ধারনাটি ভুল। by
Passive voice
যুক্ত অংশ বাক্যে অতিরিক্ত Phrase বা বাক্যাংশ
হিসেবে বসে। তাই এ অংশ না থাকলেও বাক্যের উপর কোন
প্রভাব পড়বে না
