4. ABC Project CFAT – Display Test Procedure
4.1 Summary
The purpose of this document is to define the tests which must be performed to demonstrate that the graphics
represent the Functional Design Specification and are configured as specified in the appropriate Functional
Design Specifications [Ref 2 & 3].

4.2 Scope

4.2.1 Graphics
This test specification will apply to all the graphic displays for the ABC Project phase of the ABC XYZ DCS.
The tests will be performed in the following order:
 Firstly all project-specific dynamos revisions are recorded, so that the dynamos used on the graphics
can be checked. This test will be defined, and the results recorded, in this document.
 Secondly each graphic will be tested to the test procedure defined in this document. These tests
check that the Functional Design Specification has been correctly represented, and that the dynamic
linking of the display elements functions properly. Each graphic will have a test script included within
this document which allows the tester to record the test results.
The following displays will be tested using the procedure described in section 4.3 below:
