RENEWAL & CANCELLATION 1

Elavon Canada Company does not assess an early termination fee. However, the merchant must advise Credit card Acquirer in writing 30 business days
before the contract expiry date if they do not wish to renew, otherwise contract is automatically renewed for 6 months. Contact the Customer Service
number listed above in this section to cancel your contract.

In addition, the merchant may cancel the contract without penalty in the event of:
• A fee increase, except one made in accordance with a pre‐determined fee
schedule in the contract
Cancellation of contract(s) • The introduction of a new fee
• A reduction in applicable interchange rates that is not fully passed on to the

To do so, the merchant must exercise this right within 90 days of the date of receiving notice of:
