1) Eva baked a cake for three of her friends. She cut the cake
into 4 equal pieces. She ate one piece and each of her
friends took a piece. What fraction of cake was eaten by
each one of them?

2) Mr. Stephen bought a pack of 10 pens. He used 6 of them


and gave the rest to his children. What fraction of pens did
Mr. Stephen use? Express the fraction in its simplest form.

3) In a hotel there are 20 rooms. Out of them 13 rooms were


occupied. Write the fraction of rooms that are occupied
and unoccupied.

5) Daniel had 80 minutes of free time yesterday. He spent
