Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create exceptional digital
experiences for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our product managers and developers
to design, prototype, and implement intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across a
variety of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements, user needs, and
business goals.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design
concepts and user interactions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business
objectives.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and process.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to create visually appealing designs, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and experience with usability testing and user research
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Educational Qualification:
• Certificate in UI/UX professional certificate is a plus
• Portfolio of UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms is a plus
